Maresa pov:
The bell rings and its last period. I have this period with Ross. I go in and sit down at my desk. The teacher takes roll call. "Gonzalez? Maresa Gonzalez?" Mrs. Shakes said. "Here." I say rudly. Mrs. Shakes then checks off my name. "Lynch? Ross Lynch?" She looks around the room. She mumbles "not here then". I get this turning feeling in my stomach. Ross better not be skipping. I asked to excuse myself to the restroom. I leave the classroom getting my purse. I look through it searching for Ellington's keys. Not there. Dang it! What class does Ellington have this period? Uhhhh I think Health. I run across the hallway and look through the door. Yup there's Ellington. I try and wave to make him notice me but not to make it obvious at the same time. He finally notices after a while. "What's up?" Ellington says. I let out a big sigh. "What's a matter?" He says giving me a hug. "Ross skipped school today." I say running towards the car. "Again?" Ellington says rolling his eyes. "Where could he be?" I ask backing out the car. "Lets check the hospital." Ellington says in a calm tone. "Ellington stay here and I'll see if Ross is here." I slam the car door and head inside.
Ellington's pov:
Where could Ross be? What if he's not in the hospital? I quickly spot a brunette girl walking towards the car. I roll my window down. "Yes?" I say in a sarcastic tone. I quickly recognize that it's Kelsey. I pretend I don't know her. "Have you seen a blonde hair boy? He's 6 feet tall." I look around the car hoping Maresa would hurry up. "Nope don't know him." I say starting the car. Maresa left the keys in the car. "Ellington I love you." She says walking away. Finally Maresa gets out of the hospital and gets to the car. "What took you forever?" I ask annoyed. "They had to ask me questions about the day of the beat up." I turn around and face the window. I sigh. Nothing can never be right. Nothing. "So where do we go next?" Maresa says turning up the radio. "Home?" I say. "Ross wouldn't go home, Stormie's there." True Ross wouldn't go home. "Kelsey, my ex, she came by the car and ask if I knew a blonde 6 feet tall boy. I told her no then she left and said Ellington I love you." Maresa losses focus of the car. I quickly grab the steering wheel. "Maresa Maresa Maresa!!" I say trying to wake her. She passed out. I quickly sit grab the wheel and try to turn around. "Maresa Maresa Maresa !!!! Wake up!!!" I yell pulling her hair. She wont wake up. A truck heads our way. I turn the car around so it parks in a driveway. I get out of the car and go to Mareaa side of the car. I open her door and pick her up and take her in the back. I close the door and get back in the car and head home.
~25 minutes later~
I quickly get out of the car and put Maresa over my shoulder. I open the door and see Riker on the couch. "Hey, woah, what happened??" Riker says. "I don't know man she just passed out." I said taking her upstairs. I leave her in Rydels' room. I go back downstairs. "Where's Stormie and Mark?" I ask getting water. "At the store." Riker says. "Oh ok, I guess I'll be going to find Ross." I said heading towards the door with a loud sigh. Just then the door flies open and I get knocked over. "Hmmm who y'all looking for? A blonde superstar babe? Hmm?? " I get up with a hand over me. "Whatcha doing there Ell? Remember me?" I turn around still with an arm around my neck. 2 girls at the door but I couldn't make it out who it is. "Wh-what?" I say stuttering having Riker in front of me with a short chubby curly hair girl next to him. "Where's your mom, Riker? Where is she??" Me and Riker are facing each other with hands over us. "Get the fu** out my house ! Get your fu**ing hands off me fata** !" Riker yells at them. My vision comes clear to me. "Laura and Raini what the hell !" I stare at Riker to make him notice me. After a while he looks at me. I wink at him. I hope he knows what I'm trying to tell him. "Riker u-ummm." I said clearing my voice. "Stfu Ellington!" Laura said twisting my arm. "Ooww Laura ! Calm down ! I said laughing. That's when Riker starts to crack up. Laura then slaps me hard. Dam she's skinny but she sure can hit. I hear a screeching at the stairs. I glance at the figure on the stairs. Two figures. I stare until I notice Rydel and Maresa sobbing. No please don't let Laura and Raini notice them. They go back up stairs. "Raini lets take them where you know who is at." Laura says sternly. "Please? You really think your gonna move us?" Riker says cracking up laughing. "Your right!" Laura says laughing. Me and Riker then look confused. "You two won't come unless you find precious Ross." Laura said making a puppy face. "Ooo I'm this close to swinging at all! Where is he?" Riker says angry with frustration. "Raini show them the video." Raini gets her phone and shows us. Ross in a small empty room with a rope tied around him. He's arm and lip is bleeding! "WHERE THE FUCK IS ROSS!" I yell screaming. "Shut up and come with us if you wanna see him" Raini said pushing me anz Riker. Just then Rydel jumps out from the stairs and gets Raini. Laura pulls out a gun just when Maresa ran back up stairs. I hear gun shot and soon everything went black.......
