Chapter 1: Fresh Breeze

No POV:

Two girls that look around ages thirteen and sixteen can be seen fighting by a creek.

???: Ah!

???: C'mon Sis you can do better than that!

As you look closer to see a Red headed girl standing over a girl with Pink hair as she's laying in defeat.

Pink: I'm just not as good as you are Big Sister.

Red: Not with that attitude!

Red: If you keep going like this how are you ever going to be a Huntress?

Pink:...

Red: *Sigh* I'm not gonna be here to protect you forever ya know, I mean in about a year I'm going to Atlas.

Pink: Why so far away?

Red: I see Atlas as a better academy bringing in more order and it has the strongest people around.

Pink: What about Beacon?

Red: *Sigh* Y/N I know how much you like Beacon but to me I only see a bunch of weaklings that only show off against small fry.

Y/N:...

She then takes a sit and lays next to her sister.

Red: I'm sorry for insulting your school I'm just giving you my honest opinion.

Y/N: I...understand...Kaho.

Kaho: Okay, now I know I made you a little mad.

Kaho: You never call me Kaho unless your mad.

Y/N: I'm fine.

Y/N stands back up as Pink colored Wind surrounds her.

Y/N: Just catching my second wind.

Kaho gets back up.

Kaho: I'm gonna hate this aren't I?

Only for Y/N to nod while glaring.

They both charge at each other with a sudden flash.

2 Years Later~

Y/N POV:

Since Kaho left for Atlas I've been in Signal Academy and even made new friends despite my shyness. Their two sisters the older ones name is Yang Xiao Long and the one around my age named Ruby Rose with Yang about to leave for Beacon.

Right now me and Ruby decided to head to a Dust Shop called "Dust till Dawn" to get dust for our weapons.

Ruby: Gravity, Wind, hmm...What else are we forgetting?

Y/N: I think Fire.

Ruby: Right!

We continue to look through our arsenal listening to music on her headphones until we both feel a tap on our shoulders.
