Dipper Pines

Hey, welcome back to our home gravity falls, now I must add if you are unfamiliar with what's happened, I'll shorten it, me and my sister, Mabel, go to gravity falls to hang out with our great uncle, stan, and his brother Ford, they're identical twins, other than Ford has six fingers.

But it wasn't always with Ford, roughly around the end of summer, Grunkle Stan opened a portal which released ford from a dimension, unbeknownst to us, I found the author of the journals!

That's not the only thing, there are other entities that make gravity falls really weird, like gnomes, Yes, gnomes, or cycloptopus, or a multi-bear, and finally, Bill Cipher, he's the weirdness of all weird, he can turn your bodies inside out, rearrange reality, and make you go insane.

He tries to trick you to make a deal and sometimes, it works, but as long as you don't shake his hand, he can't do anything to you other than make you- well- weird.

Anyway, to put aside that stuff, ever since we got out great uncle ford back, that we never knew we had, stranger things started happening.

And I mean STRANGE things, but that didn't start happening till later in the day.

Meanwhile, me and my sister Mabel were just doing the normal stuff you do as pre-teens, running away from some strange monster we only have information on from the books.

All in a day's work, we do this pretty regularly!

Anyway, let's get started!

Twins POV

As the sun shined through the triangle window on the twins, the two were very tired, and groaned at the sight of the light, typically, the rather energetic Mabel, was very pessimistic about waking up.

She groggily spoke "ughhhh, dipper we stayed up so late I feel like actually dying would be better cause I'd be able to sleep."

Dipper agreed to that statement "here here." He slammed his face in his pillow, when their grunkle stan burst into the room.

"RISE AND SHINE and whatever else is at the end of that, we need to open-oh jeez why do you guys look like you're dead." Grunkle stan looked at them, to hear mumbling from the two.

Dipper sat up rubbing his eyes "we were up to defeating some crazy monster, but it took forever, nothing about it in the journals, finally it went away I think, we lost sight of it after a while."

Mabel sat up as well "yeah, nothing we had even pierced its skin, it was like invincible, even my GRAPPLING HOOK didn't help, we covered it in rocks, trees, even got it in water, just kept coming back, unlike the boys I like"

Grunkle Stan looked at them "hm, not my fault, get dressed, mystery shack is about to open, cmon."

The twins groaned as they got up, getting dressed in their usual outfits and headed downstairs to eat.

Their grunkle Ford was down there eating, while trying to write things down.

"What are you writing, great uncle ford?" Dipper asked, taking a bite of a piece of toast.

Ford replied hastily "after Stanley opened the portal to save me," he glared at Stan, "strange anomalies have appeared around gravity falls more so than usual and I'm trying to figure out how to stop the biggest anomaly from happening."

Dipper got intrigued, meanwhile Mabel was pouring Mabel-juice in a cup "what kind of anomaly's?" Ford began to speak when Stan interrupted them "you nerds should take this nerdy science stuff elsewhere."

Ford sighed "dipper, let's go to the basement, i'll explain this down there after breakfast."
He started to grab his papers and went downstairs.

Dipper looked at his grunkle Stan with a sigh and finished his toast, Mabel looked at dipper "I'm sure it's nothing! Probably some nerd thing you guys can fix!" She said hopefully, her now energetic mood was now kicking in, dipper sighed and shrugged "probably."

He headed down the stairs into the basement, seeing Grunkle Ford stammering and writing down things "uh... great uncle ford?" Dipper asked, Ford turned and looked at dipper "the anomalies I've been studying are just about to implode, essentially rip open a portal, but to where I don't know, it's not Bill's dimension, but somewhere very similar to ours."

He pulled out some sketches of stuff he was doing "I've been trying to calm the anomalies down, by some form of technological items I've been preparing but nothing is working, however, when one opens, we will know because, liquids will float, gravity will shift, and the earth will rumble."

Dipper nodded "what happens when it opens?" "I don't know, dipper, we just have to be prepared for the worst." Ford said solemnly.

Dipper looked at the stuff curiously, unbeknownst as to what would happen soon.

Mabel started to write some cards, as her brother came up and sat on the couch "so how's your nerdy stuff, dip dip?" She started throwing glitter on the page.

Dipper sighed deeply "not sure, the anomalies-" Mabel cut him off "that's cool!" She dumped more glitter on the card.

Dipper looked at her annoyed so he started to focus himself on the journal, reading it over and over again, when he noticed Mabel's cup of Mabel-juice started to float "uh- GREAT UNCLE FORD!" He shouted as he got up to run, but the gravity under him completely shifted.

Stan yelled "what's going on?" As Ford came up "the anomalies, they're opening!" Suddenly the entire town began rumbling "great uncle ford, grunkle Stan what do we do?" Mabel said, covered in glitter.

"Hope that whatever comes out isn't deadly or dangerous."
