The boys had me coming over to listen to some songs from the new album. I listened to like three songs one being a song called teenage heartbreak queen. It was really good and I wondered where the inspiration came from but didnt ask questions. I wasnt even nearly ready mentally for the day and Emerson would probably butt in with some random philosophy type thing. Can't deal with that right now... or ever actually. (Love Emerson. No shade what so ever) It was only like 1 in the afternoon. I was barely awake.
* Time Skip*
When driving home drinking my fifth cup of coffee today I had a realization. That song was about one of the boys friends meaning it could be me. So I called Remington that night to ask him.
"Hey Rem what was that song about earlier, I didn't want to end up with a philosophy lesson from Emerson... again."
"Which one?" He asked
"Teenage Heartbreak Queen" I respond. He paused for a while before answering.
"Oh-Uh You"
"What"
"You heard me the song is about you, and I love you." He stated
" Why didn't you tell me. I liked you before I started dating Elijah."
" If you ever break up with him would you consider going out with me?" Rem asked
"I would think about it Remi," I say, " I will see you tomorrow"
"Bye" He said before hanging up.
