Not the only one... (A Steven and Spinel love story)

Chapter 5: Hang-Out

Spinel was still confused, but she didn't care. As Spinel was putting her hair back up into pigtails she said "So, whatcha wanna do?" "I don't know. Hmm, OH. Ya wanna go to Funland?" said Steven looking into Spinel's eyes. "what's 'Funland'?" said Spinel "Funland is a amusement park that has rides like Roller coaster's, Ferris wheel, Mirror maze, and more!" said Steven excited to see Spinel's reaction when they get there. Spinel's pupil's turned into star's "YEAH! I WANNA GO!" said the pink gem full of excitement. Steven smiled "Okay let me go to my room to get money." said Steven. Spinel's smile turned into a straight face. "Don't worry I won't take long. I'm not like my mother, I would never leave you." said Steven with a smile "okay" said Spinel smiling again

I'm not like my mother...     Not like my mother...     My mother...

Pink...

Steven hated hearing that, he doesn't call 'Pink' his mother anymore

Steven ran up stair's got money and got extra in case she had a sugar rush, then he ran back down the stair's to find Spinel sitting on the couch waiting for Steven to come back "hey Spinel. I'm back. We can go now!" said Steven smiling. "Yay!" said Spinel full of excitement. Spinel and Steven were walking to Funland, Steven decided to hold Spinel's hand. Both of them blushed

~Steven's thinking~    Finally, me and Spinel are gonna spend time together, well outside the house. I can't wait to take her to the Ferris Wheel ! I've decided that I'm gonna confess my feeling's to her! hopefully she feels the same way..

~Spinel's thinking~    He's holding my hand! I guess I really am in love with Steven but I'm to scared to confess but I have to confess soon because maybe he finds someone else... his hands are warm and soft <3

Steven and Spinel arrived at Funland. Spinel's pupil's turned into star's again with her jaw dropping to the floor "WOWIEEEE!" said Spinel full of excitement. Steven smiled and blushed at Spinel's adorableness. "Let's go. What ride do you wanna go on first Spinel?" said Steven with a big Smile on his face. "hmmm" Spinel pointed at the Roller coaster "That one! The one where people are screaming! I wanna scream with you!" said the adorable looking Spinel, Steven blushed. "okay" said Steven

-Some time later-

Steven and Spinel reached the front of the line, They hopped into a cart. Once everyone was on the ride started to move. First it moved upward's toward the sky, Spinel was excited. Spinel grabbed onto Steven's arm causing Steven to blush. The cart slowly reached the top and out of nowhere the cart quickly dropped making loops and turns, Spinel was screaming and putting her hand's in the air. Steven was a little scared but he didn't care because he was with Spinel. once the ride finished Spinel hugged Steven "That ride was so cool! But the best part about it was that you were by my side.' said Spinel, Steven hugged Spinel back and smiled. After a couple of rides Spinel noticed this machine that has pink fluffy stuff. "Steven! What's that?" said Spinel "oh that's Cotton candy. You wanna try some?" said Steven giving Spinel a smile whiling looking directly into her eye's. "Yeah! I wanna try that!" Steven and Spinel walked over to the Cotton Candy Machine "Two please."said Steven "okay." said Mr. Smiley as he gave them the cotton candy. Steven gave him the money and both Steven and Spinel walked away. Spinel's pupil's turned into stars again and she ate her cotton candy fast

-Some time later- (I'm lazy okay? its 9:57 pm)

it was reaching towards the end of there hang out and Spinel had to go to homeworld soon. So Steven took Spinel on the Ferris Wheel. Once they get to the front of the line Steven sat down next to Spinel. They both looked at the beautiful Sunset, the ocean was sparkling and the bird's were flying

~Steven's thinking~     Now's the time! You can do this Steven!

Steven put his arm around Spinel's shoulder Spinel blushed. They both looked into each others eyes, they made eye contact. Steven Smiled. "Hey Spinel, I need to tell you something..."
