I want to do the same thing with my story, and I have set a current standard for myself.
Every day, I'll be writing 1 chapter.
So, here's the schedule.

Mondays- Releasing the Sunday Chapter, will be a long chapter likely.
Writing a Short Chapter to release on Tuesday.
Tuesdays- Releasing the Short Monday Chapter
Writing the Wednesday Short Chapter
Wednesdays- Releasing the Short Tuesday Chapter
Writing the Friday LONG Chapter
Thursdays: Releasing the Saturday chapter
Writing the Short Saturday Chapter
Friday: No releases
No writing in progress
Saturday: Writing the Thursday Chapter *short*
Writing the Sunday Chapter *long*
