"Good morning Ji Eun." Chanyeol whispered to the almost-awake Ji Eun.
"Good morning Chanyeol." She silently answered back.
"Are you already okay?" He asked, as he brushed her hair using his fingers.
"Yes." Ji Eun answered.
"Let's go down and have breakfast. Take a bath after, too." Chanyeol said.
"But I don't have anything to wear anymore." Ji Eun replied.
"Don't worry, I'll give you my shirt and pajamas so that you can wear it." Chanyeol surely said.
Ji Eun slowly stood up and Chanyeol followed. The two of them went downstairs--but Chanyeol still helping Ji Eun because she was still awfully weak. When they finally landed downstairs, Ji Eun tried to walk away from Chanyeol so she can sit at the sofa. But Ji Eun was weak to do it, and so Chanyeol held her hand and helped her.
"Don't stand up until I get back here with food, okay?" Chanyeol said.
"Okay..." Ji Eun replied.
Chanyeol went directly to the kitchen to cook. After a few minutes, he went to the living room where Ji Eun was sitting and came in with eggs, pancakes, and bacons to eat. He sat beside Ji Eun.
"Mokcha! (Let's eat!)" Chanyeol exclaimed as he playfully smiled.
"Mmm.. This bacons taste very delicious." Ji Eun muttered.
"You should try these pancakes!" Chanyeol exclaimed as the pointed the pancake in his fork to Ji Eun's mouth.
Ji Eun had no choice but to eat it.
"So delicious. I didn't know pancakes taste this good. Kai doesn't really cook things like this for break..." Ji Eun was cut off when Chanyeol moved so close to her, their faces inches away from each other's.
"Don't, mention his name. I want you to be happy. Forget about him for a while. Please be happy Ji Eun-ah." Chanyeol whispered as he kissed her in the cheek.
Ji Eun suddenly turned red.
"Now, eat before the food will be cold." Chanyeol said.
A couple of minutes passed, and they were done eating. Ji Eun decided to finally take a bath and fix everything up.
Ji Eun's P.O.V.
As I am taking a shower, thoughts ran into my mind. Kai. I know. I shouldn't think about him but I couldn't help it. I should not think about him anymore. He's probably happy right now anyway. He's not looking for me, either. I let out a big sigh. Thinking about Kai made a lump in my throat. I cleared it as the water from the bath tub bathes my skin.
I have to admit, it was not easy to pretend that I don't like him anymore. I don't know why. I loved Kai. I suddenly did. I don't know if there are ways to unlove him now.
A few minutes of thinking, I got out of the tub and wore the bathrobe. I went out with wet hair to go to Chanyeol's room and change. I got in and wore the shirt and pajama he gave me. After doing so, I returned downstairs to see him.
"Gomawo (Thank you) Chanyeol-ah." I said.
"No problem. Now, we have the whole day to have fun and forget anything else right?" He cheerfully smiled.
"I think so, why?" I answered.
"Let's play and play today." He replied.
"Game!" I answered happily.
We played and played games throughout the day. We played his game console, some board games, and his cellphone. We had a lot of fun with each other and I have to admit, I kinda forgot about Kai for a while.
"Hey Ji Eun, I want to take you to a place, a place that's where I want to be right now, with you. Is that okay?" He asked.
I wasn't sure about my answer. But then I made up my mind happily.
"Okay, let's go." I cheerfully answered.
He smiled back at me.
We got out of his house and entered his car. When I almost entered his car, he stopped me, and held the door himself.
"Make yourself comfortable." He said as he smiled.
I remembered Kai. Kai didn't even opened the car door for me. Maybe it's not real. All of it. Maybe he just acted it out. I'm such a fool believing it.
"Yah Ji Eun-ah, are you alright?" Coming back to my senses, Chanyeol waved his hand in front of my face.
"Uhh, ne. (Yes.)" I answered.
"Are you sure? If you're not, we can stay here in the house and go when you get better." Chanyeol suggested.
"Yah, I'm fine. Let's go!!" I happily cheered.
