Jessica's Magical Necklace

The Strange Dream

         There was a family of five members: a father, a mother, a son, and two daughters. This family lived their whole life in a small town called Airedale. Airedale had everything they would hope for. It had trees, flowers, schools, malls, and everything else, but it wasn't that big and popular for a town. The kids would play together, visit their relatives, go to school, and meet their friends.

         One day, the father got a call from a faraway city about a job that has a good salary. The father agreed, so he asked his wife and children if they would like to go to a better and bigger place to live in and to have more fun. Everyone agreed and was so excited except the older daughter Jessica. Jessica didn't want to leave her hometown and her relatives and friends, but she also didn't want to make her family sad and disappointed, so she just agreed because she knows she can come back and visit the town during the holidays.

         After days of preparing the luggage, and saying their goodbyes, the family got in the car and traveled to a new city called Crystalspirit which was busier and bigger than Airedale, but Jessica didn't want to think of the fact that it is true. It took for them nine hours until they reached Crystalspirit, and when they reached it, the city was full of buildings and people everywhere that you couldn't recognize the difference between them.

         The father rented for the family a big enough apartment, so they can settle in. The apartment was nice and really big: it had three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a big kitchen, and a living room. It took for them almost a week to buy all the furniture for each room, but it was worth it to make the apartment look like home. The father and mother slept in a room, the daughters slept in a room, and the son slept alone in a room. They all decorated the rooms the way they wanted, so it can be more comfortable.

         After weeks of vacation and getting used to the place, the siblings were about to start school. Alex, the older brother; Summer, the younger sister, and Jessica, the one in between, were so excited to go to a new school, so they went to the store to buy new bags and school supplies they needed for the school. Their school was called Crystalyne School. Alex is in high school, Summer is in elementary school, and Jessica is in middle school. The school had all the years they needed from elementary school to high school. It was probably the only school that had this idea in Crystalspirit.

         And now, we will start our story on the first day of school of the siblings......

Jessica's and Summer's Bedroom

(Alarm rings)

Jessica:- (Wakes up) (Thoughts) Oh my god! First day of school! I hope I meet new friends. (Turns off the alarm) I have to go get ready now. (Goes to wash up and comes back to choose an outfit) Hmm... Which outfit should I wear> Aha! This purple one is amazing with blue jeans. I have to wake up my family, so we won't be late. (Goes to wake up her sister) (To Summer) Sis, wake up. You need to get ready for school. We don't want to be late.

Summer:- Okay, I'll wake up. Just five more minutes.

Jessica:- You always say that and sleep forever.

Summer:- Go wake up the rest, and I'll wake up after you wake them up.

Jessica:- (Sighs) Fine... (Goes to her brother's room)

Alex's Bedroom

Jessica:- (To Alex) Alex, wake up. You need to get ready for school. You take too long to get ready.
