Calista is sitting next to Alaric while she watches Damon look at many different types of alcohol in front of him as Alaric reads over something.

"Oh, I give you a choice. Bloody Mary or Screwdriver. Brunch in a bottle. Come on Ric, I can't drink all this by myself. I mean I can but then somebody's getting naked," Damon says as he smiles at the female bartender and she smiles back.

"Oh man I can't believe you're making me drink alone," Damon whines to his best friend and his ex wife.

"I don't day drink," Calista responds with a shrug and peers over at Alaric to hear his excuse.

"I'm busy."

"It's the eve of Klaus-ageddon. You're doing homework?" Damon asks as he pours himself a drink. Calista rolls her eyes when he offers her a drink.

"This may come as a shock but I am not here to hang out with you. I'm here to see Jeremy. Who is an hour late for his shift," Alaric explains as he glances down at his watch. Calista looks at the entrance of the grill looking to see if Jeremy enters.

"Kids today...Where are their values?" Damon asks as Alaric slides Jeremy's mid term paper in front of them. She sighs when she sees the red F on it.l

"That's his mid-term paper. Copied it straight off the Internet. Didn't even try to hide it," Alaric sighs.

"I feel bad for young Jeremy," Calista admits as she stands up.

"Ohh, somebody's getting grounded," Damon sings out as he looks at Calista, "Where are you going?"

"I need some air."

"Did you say you are waiting for Jeremy-as in Jeremy Gilbert?" The bartender asks the two men as Calista exits the bar.

The cool air rushes across her skin and she sighs in relief. She's been feeling guilty and trapped lately. The only thing that makes her feel better is the feeling of the cool air.

"Callie," An all too familiar british accent fills her ears.

"What do you want?" She whines.

He frowns when he sees the trapped but saddened expression appear on her face, "You know what I want. What's wrong love?"

"I just want you to leave me alone," She whispers with her eyes closed.

"Callie,"

"Please, Nik, I need space. You can't expect me to welcome you back into my life," Calista explains to him as she crosses her arms. The cool breeze blows her red hair to the side as Nik thinks for a moment.
