Calista groans as she searches the kitchen for a cookie pan. You would think she'd know where everything is by now but she doesn't.
"What are you looking for?" Damon asks and leans against the door frame.
She sighs and continues to search, "A cookie pan," A plate falls out of the cabinet and almost shatters on her head but she moved just in time, "Bloody hell!"
"Since when were you british?"
"Since awhile," Calista responds and sighs in defeat. Damon chuckles as he goes to the cabinet where the pans are. He pulls it out causing her to groan frustratedly.
"Here you go," Damon says and sets the pan on the counter.
"Thank you," She grumbles as she walks of to the fridge. Damon watches her with curiosity.
"You look nice today," The raven haired Salvatore compliments her when he realizes her hair is pulled back into a high pony tail. The pony tail is curled perfectly and she has her usual light makeup on that consists of mascara and red lipstick.
"Well," Calista starts and pulls the eggs out of the refrigerator, "I enjoy doing my hair and I haven't been able to lately because of.."
"The whole Klaus situation," Damon finishes for her and she nods in agreement.
"Who's the coffin situation going?" Calista asks as she pulls out a simple plastic bowl. She takes one of the eggs and cracks it on the counter before pulling the shell apart over the bowl. The inside of the egg falls out into the bowl.
"Well, Klaus is more persistent than ever. Please tell me he isn't going to get worse?" Damon pleads with a pouty lip and his hands pressed together at his chest.
"I hate to tell you," She starts as she cracks another egg into the bowl, "He's only going to get worse so whatever you're going to do, figure it out fast."
He groans causing her to roll her eyes.
Calista opens several cabinets until she finds what shes looking for. Damon watches as she pulls out vanilla pudding mix and his eyebrows furrow in confusion.
"What are you making?" He asks as she moves back to where she was.
"Chocolate chip cookies," She answers.
"Why do you need vanilla pudding for cookies," Damon asks as he makes his way over to her.
"Because it makes them taste better."
"Hmmm," He hums as he continues to watch her gather all of the ingredients as his phone buzzes.
"Don't you have to go meet your brother?" Calista asks.
"Yup," Damon answers as she begins to mix the ingredients together. The one thing she has always adored is cooking. She has centuries of experience, "I should get going."
