"I don't know about this boys." KC shrugged, getting their blazer wrapped over their shoulders. "What if something goes wrong? This is Sinthia's special day too. I want everything to go smoothly for her." KC said, looking at us in the mirror. Today was May 15th. Not only is it an absolutely gorgeous day, but today is the day Mother and KC will be wed.

Damion, Roman, and I were helping KC getting ready. They were wearing a nice suit with a lilac button up, black blazer and pants, with a silver tie. Mother didn't want me or KC seeing her in her wedding dress. Post marriage suspicion and all.

"Everything is going to work out, KC." Damion assured them, making a last ditch effort to tighten their tie. "Sinthia loves you. She's here for you, not for this venue. Besides, she did say yes when you engaged." KC nodded, a blush getting to them.

"What have you got to lose anyway?" Roman laughed, waving his arms up.

"I don't know. A couple thousand dollars worth of decorations maybe." KC retorted. I playfully nudged Roman in the arm, going over and sitting KC down on the chair next to their mirror.

"What Roman mean is, you already have Mother's love. And that's the most important thing." KC nodded at that, seeming to grow some confidence. They stood up, gazing at themselves again in the mirror.

"You guys should be getting ready too. The whole ceremony is in an hour." They said. We nodded together, leaving KC's room and running into our own. Mother and KC were having their wedding in the gardens of a hotel a couple cities outside our home. Right after the wedding tonight, they'll start their honeymoon. We have to stay back in the hotel and right not to get into too much trouble, but I don't mind.

Once in the room Roman and I were sharing, we all sat on the bed, laughing at who knows what. Roman brought out his makeup kit. I was sparkling with the idea of having ombre eye shadow again. "Alright, hold still, Virge." Roman said. I closed my eyes and let him work his magic.

"So, what do you think Remus is wearing?" Damion asked, getting a little antsy.

"Don't know. I mean, Patton, Virgil, and Remus should be wearing dresses so...I guess a dress?" Roman concluded. Mother wanted to have a small wedding. So, Patton, Remus, and I volunteered to be her bridesmaids. I genuinely wanted to be one, but I think Patton and Remus just wanted to wear the dresses.

"Relax, Dee. Mother and KC are the one's getting married, not him." I joked. He hit my arm, making me laugh.

"I know, I know. It's just he's never been so dressed up before. Neither have I really. I think the last wedding I went to was my aunt and uncle's. Of course, they engaged three days after having a one night stand, but hey, they're still together!" Damion chuckled.

"Remus and I were ring bears for one of our foster families." Roman told. "They wanted to get legally married, but didn't have a ton of money. So, they found the priest and we pretty much did the rest. It was a very homemade wedding."

"I think this is my first wedding." I mumbled, looking at my makeup in the mirror as Roman finished up. It was beautiful. The same purple ombre eye shadow with silver wings. Purple and silver; the wedding colors.

"Well, happy first wedding, Virgil!" Roman joked, kissing my cheek. He turned to giving Damion some light makeup while I decided to head out. I waved goodbye and went off to Patton's room, seeing if Remus and him were ready to take our places.

I lightly knocked on Patton's door, hearing faint shuffling on the carpet. The door crept open, revealing Logan's face. He looked at me, a smile appearing on his face. "Is it time?" He asked.

"Just about." I giggled. With that, Logan opened the door fully, walking out of the room. He walked down the hall to my room while I walked into his room. Remus and Patton were in their light purple dress, looking at themselves twirl in the mirror. Patton gasped when he saw me.

"Oh Virgil, you look lovely!" He gushed, running over to me and grabbing my hands.

"You do too. Both of you." I said, looking at Remus. "Come on, Mother and KC will be going down the isle any minute!" I said. They both agreed, holding my hands as we skipped down the hallway and to the elevator. We were all beaming with glee. I was so excited, I can't believe this day is finally happening.

Once on the ground floor, we ran out to the gardens where the wedding was set up. I said hi to the few of my Mother's relatives and her friends. I introduced myself to KC's Mother and Father before joining Remus and Patton next to Mother's side.

Logan, Roman, and Damion came out soon after us. They were wearing silver suits and looked super handsome. We all blushed upon seeing our boyfriends. But then the wedding bells rung.

KC came down the isle, trying to hold their composure but was struggling to hold back a smile. When they made it to the arches, Mother started walking down.

She was stunning. A nice purple dress with silver flowers in her hands. Her dress was to the floor and her makeup was flawless. Her silky black hair was freely flowing and her smile was never ending.

She got to the arches, KC was stunned. They stretched out their collar before clearing their throat. "Sinthia, the night I proposed to you was the most magical day in history. You've lightened up my life. Not only are you and your son a wonder to take care of, but I'm so happy we have adopted his friends to call our own. We have a wonderful family Sinthia, and I can't wait to make it official." Everyone awed, clapping for their vows.

"KC, you don't understand how happy you've made Virgil and I. You've brought hope to the Black family name after years of mistreatment and horror. Thank you for being gentle with me on my bad days, and joyful with me on my good ones." She smiled, wiping her eyes of joyful tears.

KC reached back for the rings, Logan handing them to them. With that, KC handed Mother her ring, while Mother slipped KC's ring on their finger. The priest said his words, before announcing them partners for life. They kissed and I felt butterflies pass through me. I was so happy for them. I couldn't believe our family was whole again.

Roman and I danced the night away while Logan sat with Patton, who was eating the cake. Damion and Remus went back to their room. Probably having sex. I just laughed and enjoyed Roman's company and the warm feeling surrounding my heart.
