I made eye contact with the boy with the dead corpse in their lap. I exhaled shakily and eyed the dead body in his grasp. A pretty young man, maybe in his early 30's. I shook my head and looked at the silver-haired beauty again.

They were glaring at me with raw hatred in his beautiful red eyes. I glared at him right back. He chucked the corpse off of his lap and stood up straight. I stifled a giggle after noticing the fact he must be shorter than me.

He brushed himself off and walked closer to me. There was a good 4-foot gap between the both of us. My wolf started howling uncontrollably again, my instincts telling me to mark him and claim him, but to also run away and hide.

I decided against both of those thoughts, and stared the boy in his eyes. They were slowly losing their red color, fading into a dark grey.

"Why the hell are you out here," the boy snapped angrily.

I smirked. "Just getting some fresh air, minding my own business until I smelt blood in the air."

He huffed and shifted his weight, crossing his arms. "Then why did you come here?"

"You dumbass, I thought someone was hurt and decided to be a decent person and come to see if there was anyone in the need of assistance," I growled lowly.

The boy rolled his eyes and started to walk off towards the other side of the clearing. I watched his hips sway back and forth as he left. Damn his ass looked fine.

He turned around and shouted, "don't ever come back here you damn mutt!"

I snorted. Yeah right, I sure am gonna come back.

I turned around and started to make my way back to the apartment. I inhaled slowly as I walked back into town. I made my way over to a small convenience store to my left. I walked to the door and heard the "ding!" of the door as I walked in.

I groaned. The bells are always too damn loud in here.

I shuffled over to the snacks and grabbed a few bags of junk. M & M's, Doritos, and that's not complete without a 2 liter of Mountain Dew.

I walked up to the register and groaned internally as I saw the cashier.

"Hey, Yoongi!" Hoseok cheered.

I sighed. "Sup Hobi." I put my items down on the counter.

He scanned and bagged up my items for me.

"That's gonna be 4.58." I looked up cause that didn't sound right.

"It should be 6.87."

"Well yeah, but you seem really down today, so I'm being nice and buying your Mountain Dew dumbass."

I grinned up at him and gave him my cash. He put it in the register and handed me my stuff. I thanked him and left the store and started making my way back to the apartment.

I thought about how pissed Namjoon was gonna be since I just up and left him there. I inhaled and exhaled and just sprinted back to the complex. I walked up the stairs and stood in front of our door.

Before my hand even touched the handle, the door flew open and revealed a very panicked and angry purple-haired Namjoon. I gave him a nervous smile and then was thrown backward.

He tackled me in a hug and held me down for a bit. I patted his back and heard small sniffles. My eyes widen at the sound of this and pushed him off so I could get a good look at his face.

His face was tear-stained and his hair was messed up in every direction. I pulled him inside the building.

"I'm so sorry Yoongi, I forgot how much you hated me bringing up that topic," he sobbed.

I sighed and hugged him. I hate affection and sappy talk, but that was needed for this. He hugged me back and calmed down after a few minutes.

"You brat, I thought you died!" He scolded.

I rolled my eyes. "You know me better than to think I leave for 30 minutes and never return cause I'm dead."

After a nice little argument, I was sent to time-out in my room. I didn't really care cause I would just go to sleep.

I put my stuff down on my floor and trudged over to my bed, flopping on it.

I smirked into my pillow after thinking.

"See you again soon, mate."
