Chapter 1

Violet (POV)
I have everything packed ready to leave for college. I will be attending Washington Collage. I was so happy when I got the letter I was excepted. I ran screaming to my parents. But tomorrow is the big day when I get to leave this house and go to college. I will meet new people and this is one of the best colleges to go to at least that was what my parents said. I will have a dorm room that I get to share with someone that i hope that does there school work as well as I do. I walk into my room that looks empty now because I don't have a lot of things left in here. I put on some pjs to go to bed I got a big day ahead of me I need a lot of sleep. I finally fall asleep after thinking about everything I have to do. I wake up to my mom calling my name. "What"

"Get up Violet we are leaving in two hours."

"Leaving for what?!"

"Have you forgotten that your going to get your room and everything today for college." I jump up and get a shower then changed to a simple outfit. I run downstairs to greet my parents with a hello. They made breakfast I grab some pancakes and sausage put syrup on them. I thank my parents after eating my food they already are dressed and everything. We leave the house in two car my car and there car. We have a two hour drive a head of us. My mom drives with me and my dad drives with my little brother James. My mom and me talk on our way there about how proud she is of me and that I have to come down for the holidays. I told her ok but i will have to think about it. We finally get there and put everything into my room it looked like my roommate has already left. I get everything in my room I walk my parents and my brother out to there car by this time my mom is crying saying she loves me, I hug my brother and my dad goodbye I give them a kiss on the cheek, I hug my mom and tell her I love her. I giver her one last hug before she got in the car. I stayed there until I could not see the car anymore. I walk back to my dorm and my roommate is there. She had brownish black hair. She is drop dead gorgeous she has a couple of tattoos. She does not notice I have came in the room.

"Hey my name is Violet, Violet Taylor." I say with a smile and hold my hand out. She just looks at me and smiles.

"Hey my name is Victoria I'm your roommate." She does not shake my hand. I walk over to my side of the room and start unpacking I get everything out away and made up I need to decorate my side of my room. I hear a knock at the door? "Who is that?" I asked Victoria.

"More in likely my boyfriend his name is Justin he is nice. Come in" The door is swung open reviling two guys. One of the guys goes to Victoria and kisses her cheek. The other stands in the door frame.

"Who is this?" Says the guy in the doorway. He has blonde beautiful hair and is very tall.

"My name is Violet? Who are you?" I say with a little attitude.

"My name is Tony. So I'm going to guess your Victoria's new roommate?"

"Good guess." Everyone is silent while me and Tony just stare at each other. Victoria breaks the silence. "Im ready when you are?"

"Ok let's go bye Violet." Said Justin.

"Bye." I said I didn't even care were they were going or what time they will be back. I give a wave to them while they walk out the door. Tony is last before he closes the door he waves and smiles at me. I roll my eyes and go sit on my new bed and open my laptop and start to play some music. I fall asleep listening to my music.
I wake up early in the morning. I lay in bed for thirty minutes and check my messages and emails. I got a text from my mom saying she loves me and she already misses me. I get up and go to the girls bathroom to take a shower. While I'm in the shower I here these people talking.

"Sarah please baby!" It sounded like a guy talking.

"NO Jacob, you got to respect me." It is oh my god what is he doing the girls bathroom!

"I do respect you baby."

"No you don't I say 'I love you' and you never reply unless I do something for you." She sounds furious.

"Like when?"

"Today I got up and texted you that I love you all you did was say 'hey are we on for tonight?'"

"So."

"So! So you don't love me. Ok that's fine with me bye Jacob!" She sounded like she was crying.

"No baby wait, I'm sorry I love you, I love you so much please forgive me." The door to the bathroom got slammed opened. Goodness I didn't know collage had so much high school drama. I finished my shower and walked back to my room.

"What am I going to wear?"

"If I was you I would not wear anything." I turned around to find Victoria's boyfriend and his friend I think his name was Tony laying on her bed. I wrapped the towel around me even tighter. I hate that kid.

"How did you two get in here?"

"Victoria gave him a key." Tony said with a smile on his face as he looked up and down my body.

"Well will you get out for a couple of minutes so I can get dresses." When I said that Justin got up and left the room.

"It's not like I will be watching you." He put both of his hand covering his eyes.

"No get out, I don't trust you enough."

"Look it not like you are that attractive." That really hurt my feelings.

"It I am not that attractive then go until I get dressed."

"Fine." I open my closet to see what I can find. I look through every piece of clothing I decide I am going to where shorts and a T-shirt that looks really good on me. I but my makeup on that is mascara, eyeliner, and some kind of lipstick today I wear bright red lip stick. "Ok you can open your eyes."

"It took you long enou.. Dang you are beautiful." I felt my cheeks warm up.

"Thanks." Victoria walks in at that time.

"What's going on?"

"Nothing did you have fun last night?"

"Yes it was the best party I went to in a long time. Hey there is another party tonight you wanna come?"

"Not really I think I'm going to stay inside."

"Oh come on please you should come." I thought about it for a minute.

"Fine I will go but I have nothing to wear."

"It ok you can barrow something of mine. Ok guys get out we have to get ready pick us up at seven." They said there goodbyes then left leaving me and Victoria alone. It is only 4:00pm and we have until 7:00pm to get ready.

"What am I going to wear?" She was already in her closet picking me and her a outfit out. After waiting a good five minutes. She finally gave me a couple of choices she laid them on her bed. One of the choices where a black strapless dress. That came a little past my butt. I didn't like it at all. I took that one off and put the other one on it was black ripped jeans and a red crop top it was cute I even had some bracelets that could go with it. I took one look in the mirror and smiled.

"This is the one it not to sexy but it is sexy."

"You look wonderful." She already had her dress on that came a little past her but she gave me some black heels to wear with my outfit while she wore some red ones to match her dress. She ask to fix my hair and make up of course I want to be so I let her she curled the tips of my hair. She put on my make up but she want let me look until she is done.

"Finished you look know." I went to the mirror to look what she has done.

"Dang girl I look good thanks."

"Welcome ok I have to do my hair and make up and then we will be ready to leave."

"Ok take your time." After thirty minutes she is done and we hear a knock on our door.
