Chapter 2

Athena P.O.V

I heard my phone ringing, making me curse at whoever it is. With my eyes still closed I reached for my phone from the nightstand and answered it

" y-yeah?" I asked sleepily

" you never change, will you?" The voice made me wide open

" Aiden!!!!!" I said loudly

"Hello little sis, how are you?" I smiled at that, I am only 30 minutes younger than him

" I am fine, how are you?" I asked, it's been one week since last he called me

" I am fine too, just a lot of study, nothing new," well that is normal, being a student at medical university is no joke

" When will you be back?" I asked

" I don't know, maybe in 1 or 2 months. I am sorry it takes me always so long to visit," he said apologetically

" It is fine, that is your dream and also I am not alone Emy is always with me, don't worry about us and study hard so you won't fail any exams and will be done with everything soon" i assured him

" aren't you just the best little sister? Anyways, I got to go, love you! take care and say hi to Emy from me, send my love for her as well" he said before hanging up. I sighed looking over to my phone screen.

I stood up from my bed forcing myself into a shower. After being done with my mornings routine and changing into my today's outfit, i decided that I will have breakfast outside. It is 7 am and I am sure Emy won't be awake till about 2 or 3 hours from now.

the café is about 30 minutes away by walking from here and it is raining, so I decided to walk. I put my earphones on, before playing my favorite songs for raining day, I opened the front door before walking outside and started making my way towards the café.

I got inside the café ordering a cup of green tea with a slice of carrot cake which is my favorite dessert from this café.

After I was done eating. I walked up to where I have to pay, I ordered one more green tea to go and paid. Turning around i walked out of the café only to bump into some kind of wall. Aish, forget about that! my hand! the green tea spilled on my hand burning it. I quickly backed away, before throwing the paper cup into the small trash bin that was outside of the Café door.

Looking back only to see it wasn't a wall, but someone. I mean sure, what will a wall be doing in front of a café door? I didn't get a clear look at the person, I just planned on apologizing quickly and walk away.

" I am sorry sir, I didn't saw you there " I apologized quickly as I tried to walk away, but he held me back by my arm, I look at his hand confused then back to his face, but only one look at his face was enough to take my breath away. Ok, I might sound like some kind of pervert saying this, but is it possible someone be so handsome?

" your hand," he said, making me come back to my freaking sense

" huh?" I asked looking at my hand that is now red from the accident earlier.

" oh! it is fine, nothing serious," I said trying to remove his hand from my arm, but it wasn't easy

" I said your hand, means it needs to be treated, I didn't ask how it is" excuse me? what?

" I will treat it myself sir, I don't need someone to treat it for me," I said this time harshly bringing my hand out of his hold

He looked over to someone that just came out of the café with a small ice bag, taking the ice bag he let go of my arm rather softly and brought my burned hand up while putting the ice bag on it
