narancia always aimed to make fugo satisfied with him. he loved seeing his tough exterior crack a smile and he loved being the reason for it. when fugo would simply teach him how to do things like teaching him math, he could hardly pay attention because he was so distracted over just how lovely fugo looked using his mind to its potential. he was so enchanting in every meaning of the word. "alright nara, do you know how to figure this out?" fugo asked, patiently waiting for a response from the boy he had just lectured. "uh, i-" nara paused. it seems he must have gotten distracted again because the paper he was looking at seemed like it was foreign. "i'm really not sure. this doesn't make any sense to me at all." narancia sighed, staring straight into fugo's eyes, feeling his starting to fill with tears. he always made fugo so frustrated and hated doing so. narancia put his head into his hands and sobbed. fugo stared at him with a sad smile. he knew this was all too new to narancia and pitied the boy greatly. "hey, hey, narancia.." he said, gently lifting up narancia's head from his palms with the tip of his fingers, "it's alright. i'm proud of you. you've done enough for today." nara stared at him, sniffling. he always seemed to get lost in his beautiful eyes. "are you sure, fugo? i am terribly sorry, i hate to make you disappointed in me..." he said with a small frown. fugo wiped away a tear beginning to fall with his thumb and gently kissed his forehead, taking nara by shock. "it's okay, really. would some strawberry cake make you feel any better, by chance?" nara just stared at him for a moment longer, fugo was just too sweet to him.
"i would love that, fugo."
