Chapter 11

Third Person P.O.V

In the living room was silent, King was waiting for Aiden to talk and make the first move

" so Mr.King, how did you meet my sister ?" Aiden asked

" When I was 15 years old and I just lost my brother " king answered truthfully, Aiden, on the other hand, was shocked

' So long ago? But that is not what Athena told me ' Aiden thought for himself

" and how was your meeting May I ask?" Aiden asked now more eager to know

" Well long story short I was depressed from my brother lost so I hide away, but she found me back then and gave me hope that my brother is in the better place and that he will be sad if I hurt myself as that " King said and Aiden eyes widened, Athena did tell him that king lost him, brother, 10 years ago so that means...

" so you first meet my sister when she was 9 years old?" King nodded in respond

" it is not like I fell in love with her at that time but that was my first official time" King explained more clear

" ok... and Mr. king what are you doing for a living?" Aiden asked most random question anyone could ask

" I am a mafia king you can say, at least that what others are calling me," the King said in a straight face. Aiden, on the other hand, started coughing in disbelief

What???

" what?" Aiden asked wanting to make sure he heard him correctly

" I am mafia king" he repeated shortly

" and you know how much danger that will bring upon my sister?" Aiden asked now worried about his sister's safety

" I know, that means I am selfish, but as long as I live no danger shall come to her and if anyone dared to even hurt a single hair of her head then they shall pay" Aiden felt relived now he could breathe, knowing that his sister was in a good hand

In someway

" you know we lost our parents when we were young after that she is the only family I have and I am her only family as well. Can you promise me you will never hurt her?" Aiden asked now softer than before

" I promise, I would rather die than hurting her, " Leonardo said promisingly and Aiden nodded

" well you have my approval then, but if I heard anytime you hurt my sister in anyway mafia king or not, no one can stop me from killing you" King was happy, First that Athena's brother cared so much for her and second that he is really bold just like his sister

" well then that will never happen, " King said

" dinner is ready," said Athena as she came into the living room just one look at her you could see she was worried and nervous

" ok then let's go " Aiden left first knowing well his sister might want to talk with her boyfriend

" So... how was it ?" Athena asked as soon as her brother left

" well, he said he won't let me date you," King said and Athena's heart fell

" b-but why? what did you say?" She asked looked like she gonna cry any minute

" that is not important right now, what would you do? will you break up with me?" King asked her just wanting to get that response from her.

" I-I " she couldn't say anything

" will you break up with me?" King asked getting closer to her. She couldn't talk so she used her body language and just shook her head in denial

" Good, because your brother just gave me the approval to be with you, it would go on waste if you want to break up with me," King said with a smirk on his face before leaving her there and went to the kitchen.

Athena took a few minutes to process what her boyfriend just told her and when she finally got it, she was happy and angry

" I swear you gonna pay for this " she promised herself to take revenge on him later on

Athena P.O.V

We all started eating, i was sitting next to Leonardo while Emy next to Aiden

" so Mr.king your parents are not against you dating my sister, are they? " Aiden asked Leonardo

" not at all, they love her as much as they love me if not more" Leonardo respond made me smile

That is true, they are really friendly with me

Aiden only nodded

Leonardo phone ringed and he answered it

" Yeah, hi mom," he said

" yeah... ok, ok I will, now bye " he hanged up quickly

" everything is fine ?" I asked him, he sighed

" I don't know who told her your brother is here she invited you all for lunch tomorrow " huh? Why would she want to meet Aiden?

" Why would she wants to meet me?" Aiden asked confused

" I don't know, you guys will come, right? " I looked over to Aiden because it is his choice, not mine

I don't mind going there, I love Mrs. And Mr. King

" why not? it is fine, I am free anyways" I smiled

After the dinner we were all sitting in the living room there were sweets and tea on the coffee table, Leonardo and Aiden started to chat, Aiden would ask questions while Leonardo would answer shortly

I mean he is Leonardo after all

Suddenly once more his phone ringed he replied it and this time his face reaction wasn't good at all

" excuse me, I got to leave, it is an emergency," he said as he stood up, We all stood up as well

" not at all, it was nice to meet you, king," Aiden said and with one last handshake with Aiden and sweet small farewell with Emy, he made his way towards outside and I followed him

" Is everything alright? " I asked him, he just gave me a small smile

" everything is alright, you go inside, outside is freezing," he said kissing my forehead before leaving to his car and drove off

" he will be fine " I assured myself

After knowing how dangerous his job is and can be, I am more afraid than anything. I just hope that he will be safe

" God please keep him safe " I prayed before making my way inside

Third Person P.O.V

King made his way towards the address Thomas gave him.

Thomas informed him that one of many stupid gangs attacked one of their basements.

He got there and watched as some of his men where killed, some injured and the attackers were either killed or captured

" who did attack us ?" King asked Thomas

" They haven't confessed anything yet, but they will soon. why did you come here? I told you I would take care of it, I just wanted to inform you" king shook his head

" I had to come. anyways make them talk, where is Adam ?" King asked

" he is asking some of the men we captured " I nodded

" How was the meeting with the queen's brother ?" Thomas asked

" It was ok, just the way it should be "the king replied shortly

They kept walking looking for who is dead or who is alive when a bang was heard

Thomas's eyes widened as he saw one of the enemy men that was laying on the floor shot the king
