Cant escape me

"Alexa, Alexa, Alexa" I heard Antonio said. "what?" I asked and slowly opened my eyes. "are you okay?" Antonio asked. "yes" I said and got up. "Why did you faint? Do you knows these guys?" Erin asked. "yes" I said and took in a deep breath. I walked up the board and looked at their picture. "Lamar and Miguel" I said and turned around and faced everyone. "They're in my math class, they harassed me on my first day but I confronted them and they left me alone, or so I thought" I said. "I want these bastards arrested" Antonio shouted. "mark my word they will be arrested" Voigt said and walked off with Olinsky and Antonio. "you okay?" Erin asked. "yes" I said and gave her a reassuring smile.

//Antonio's POV//

"We're gonna go out there, now Antonio you to keep calm," Voigt said. "My niece was about to get raped by these bastards and you want me to keep calm!" I shouted. "hey, if you don't calm down you're going to stay here" Olinsky said. "Im calm" I lied and we walked out. We walked up the steps to a two story blue Victorian style house. Voigt knocked on the door but no one answered. "wait" I said and heard noises coming from the garage. I walked down the steps towards the garage. I saw a group of four guys playing pool, sure enough it was them. "Chicago PD hands up!" I shouted and busted the door. "You are under arrest for vandalism, sexual harassment, and attempted rape" I said and watched as they were handcuffed. I was fighting the urge to punch them in the face. they were taken off to the car. I rode in a separate car with Olinsky.

Once we got to the station they were taken off to interrogation. "I want to be there when they confess" Alexa said. I looked over at her and saw a look in her eyes, the same look that I saw in her father's eyes on that fateful day. "alright" I said and we walked into the interrogation room. We stood on the other side of the two way mirror and watched as Lamar walked in. "Lamar Dekalb" Voigt said. "what were you doing at Alexa Marquez's house?" Voigt asked. "I was nowhere near her house" Lamar said. "that's not what these pictures say" Voigt said and placed three pictures in front of Lamar. I watched as he tensed up. "I didn't touch her" Lamar said. "cause she ran out before you could" Voigt said. "So we stopped by to say hello, is that a problem?" Lamar asked. "were you intending to rape her?" Voigt asked. "I want to speak with my lawyer" Lamar said. "get him out of here and get the other one" Voigt told Adam who led Lamar out. A few seconds later William walked in. "William Alabett" Voigt said and William took a seat. "I didn't do anything" William said. "who was the mastermind?" Voigt asked. "I'm not going to tell" William said. "you can get up to ten years in prison, say goodbye to getting into Miami state" Voigt said. "I never harassed Alexa, that was Lamar and Miguel, they told, Isaac and I that Alexa was new and that she would show us a great time," William said. That last sentence made me want to break the glass and kill them. "I never did anything to suggest I wanted to be with them" Alexa said. "I know you didn't" I said. "get him out of here" Voigt said and Adam took William away.

"Isaac Valdemar." Voigt said. "how did you know Alexa Marquez" Voigt asked. "Miguel and Lamar knew her, Will and I were just there for the fun, we didn't know they were going to rape her I swear, we thought she had agreed, we backed out when we arrived at her apartment and Miguel said she was alone, but Lamar didn't back down, so we broke in, They got mad when she wasn't there so they vandalized her room" Isaac said. "Bring in the last one" Voigt said and Adam led Isaac out.

"Miguel Santos" Voigt said. "yes" Miguel said. "why were you at Alexa Marquez's apartment?" Voigt asked. "I stopped by to say hello" Miguel said."at twelve pm?" Voigt asked. "just wanted to check on her," Miguel said. "You were intending to rape her" Voigt said. "It's not rape if she enjoys it" Miguel said. "listen up kid you could face up to twenty years in prison, so you better start confessing" Voigt said and grabbed Miguel by the shirt. "get your hands off my client" a man in a dark suit said. "Andrew what are you doing here?" Voigt asked. "I'm here to defend my son and his friends" Andrew said. "I should've known he was your son, it runs in your blood"Voigt said. "if their are no actual charges I'm taking my son home" Andrew said and walked off with Miguel behind him.

I walked out with Alexa trailing behind me. "see you tomorrow at school Alexa" Miguel said and winked at Alexa. "watch your mouth kid" I said and almost grabbed him. "don't" Alexa said and held me back. "keep your kid away from my niece" I shouted. "make sure it's not the other way around" Andrew said. "calm down" Alexa said.

//Alexa's POV//

"You're not going back to that school" Antonio said as I packed my bags. "I'm not gonna run away from them" I said. "I'm not letting you go back" Antonio said. "I won't run away from a fight until I win the war" I said. "your father always said that" Antonio said. "my dad didn't raise a quitter" I said. "alright, but I'm dropping and picking you up from school" Antonio said. "okay" I said. "now c'mon let's go home" Antonio said and picked up my suitcase.

"Thank you so much for letting me stay in your home" I said to Voigt. "You fight for family" Voigt said,"and you've become part of the family" Voigt said and gave me hug. "thank you" I said and hugged him back. "Thank you" Antonio said to Voigt. "You would've done the same" Voigt said. "Well we gotta go, but we'll see you tomorrow at the station" Antonio said and we walked out.

"Welcome to your new and improved room" Antonio said and we walked into my room. The walls had been repainted and everything was back in place. "luckily nothing of important significance was broken," Antonio said. "thank you" I said and hugged him. "you fight for family" Antonio said,"now promise me that if those guys try anything on you, you will kick their ass or you will call me" Antonio said. "How about I kick their ass and then call you" I said. "that's the Alexa we know and love" Antonio said,"now get some sleep you've had a hell of a day" Antonio said. "good night" I said. "goodnight" Antonio said and closed the door.
