It was November 13th 1987 and there was a new restaurant that opened. Freddy invited me and a couple of our friends to celebrate. I decided to meet Chica at the end of the block.
"Hey Chica! Are you excited for the grand opening?" I asked her.
"Of course I am!" She replied "Have you heard from Foxy? Freddy invited him but he never answered."
"Uhh... last time I saw him was a couple of days ago when he was walking his dogs, but that was before Freddy sent the invitation." I told her "Do you want to walk over to his house to see if he's coming?"
"Sure!" She answered.

I heard someone knock at the door, that and the dogs were barking.
"I'll get it!" I yelled "Coco, Cooper, down."
I reached for the door knob when I looked through the peephole and noticed Bonnie and Chica were at the door. I open up the door gleefully. Since I was grounded I couldn't see my friends.
"Hey guys!" I answered excitedly "What's up?"
"Hey Foxy," they said in unison.
"Did you get Freddy's invite?" Bonnie asked me.
"Oh yea!" I said remembering the pink slip of paper Freddy mailed to me last week.
"Are you coming?" Chica asked.
"Of course I am!" I replied
"Did you know he changed the date to tonight?"
"Oh I didn't know that. I'll definitely come though."
"Ok! See you tonight" Bonnie reminded me.
"Oh! Before you leave," I started "can you guys pick me up before the party?"
"Sure!" Chica replied quickly. " Uhh we should probably get ready for the party"
"Ok see you later!" I responded and then close the door.
