Partners through thick and thin *ON HOLD*

The begining of true friendship

~6 years ago, Wendy's POV~
I walk around looking for Grandine.
"GRANDINE WHERE ARE YOU?" I ask/shout.
I start crying, my only family has left me. I notice after a good five minutes after that there is a blonde girl sitting on the branches looking at me.

"Lookin' for Grandine? Is she your mom?" She asks. She has large brown eyes, a pretty face, blonde hair with a green highlight through it. She's wearing black leather jeans, combat boots and a black tank top. She has a belt with a whip and pouch on it.

"Who-who are you?" I ask
"Lucy Hearyfilia. You?"
"Wendy Marvell."
"Nice to meet you Wendy! Now is Grandine your mom?"
"Grandine is a dragon! She left me!"
Lucy-San's eyes widen and she smiles gently.
"I'm looking for my dragon as well! Her name is Autumn, the nature dragon. Grandine was the sky dragon right?"
I nod.
"Well Wendy I'm not gonna leave you. Both of us are gonna look for our dragons together! What do you say?"
Her hand is outstretched to me. I smile brightly for the first time since Grandine left.
"Hai!" I answer. Somewhere inside me, I knew that Lucy was gonna be my best friend for ever!

~current time, Wendy's POV~
"Lucy-San?" I ask my best friend. She's five years older than me but sometimes I think she's the younger in mind.
"S'up Wendy!" She calls down.
"What are doing?" I ask. Right now she's hanging upside down, her legs wrapped around a tree trunk.
"Training!" She replies brightly.
"Well... Master wants me, Carla, you and Lily to come to his office. Where's Lily?"
Lily is Lucy-San's exceed, she's just like Lucy-San.
"Training!" I hear Lily's voice ring out.
She's hanging by her tail beside Lucy-San.
"You two are really alike!" I say giggling.
"We get that a lot!" They say at the same time. Lucy-San then jumps down elegantly. She's so elegant. Autumn taught her gymnastics and loads more. Lucy-San is sooo cool!

"Let's go!" Lucy says grinning brightly.
I grin back. "Hai!" I reply and I'm still grinning as Lucy-San drags me to Master with Lily giggling and Carla tutting.

"Girls, you two are going to help Lamia Scale, Blue Pegasus and Fairy Tail to stop a dark guild. You both are extremely powerful dragon slayers and I believe we need to help them."
"Hai!" We all say at the same time. We then start getting ready to go.
"Ne, Lucy-San?" I ask
"What's up?" She asks
"Do you think I should go? I'm really weak and-" I'm cut of by Lucy hugging me.
"Wendy, you are the strongest person I know. No one is truly weak. You have huge potential. We make a team Wendy. I'd be dead ten times over with out you! We make up for each other's weakness! I'm the rash attacker and you're the smart attacker and defender! I don't want you to even think them words again! Kay?"
"Hai! Thank you Lucy-San!" I say. Even though Lucy-San is rash, she's actually really smart!

"Ready to go?" Lucy-San asks, Lily on her head. Carla lands on shoulder and I grin.
"Hai!" I reply still smiling brightly.

'I would go anywhere with you Lucy-San and you'd go anywhere with me! 'Cause that's how our friendship works! I'm so glad I met you Lucy-San!'

Hey Minna! How was chapter one of Partners through thick and thin? I personally love this idea, I got it just listening to music and thinking about that Doctor Who episode 'Partners in crime' it's such a good episode! Anyways, till next time!
