Jamie Blackley Fanfiction
I think when you find the perfect someone, it’s the only real thing you’ve ever felt.
Sure the days go on, but when you find the person your really meant to be with, it feels different.
A good different.
A different you’re never going to regret.
That happened to me.
Here’s how it all began.
It was a Monday, the worst day of the week, I mean come one, anyone can agree with that.
I was working at the diner, it was raining, and it was actually depressing. That’s London for you.
A boy walked in, he looked like he was in his early 20’s. He was soaking wet, and he looked freezing. He took a seat at a booth, and I walked over and gave him a menu. After doing so, he gave me the smallest smile.
At a closer look, he was quite attractive, if I do say so myself. He has messy brown hair, with dark brown eyes, he was tall, and had a very slim body.
After about five minutes or so, I walked back over to the table he was at.
“So, what can I get for you?” I asked him.
“I’ll have a turkey sandwich, and a cup of tea please.” He said. I nodded and wrote it down.
“I’ll be right out with that.” I said and took his menu.
I walked into the kitchen to drop off the order, and started to make a cup of tea. After I had finished, I brought it over to the guy. He was currently on his laptop, looking at it with deep concentration, I quietly set the cup down and walked away, a faint thank you came out of his mouth.
A bell dinged which signaled his order was done. I walked it over to him, and he smiled at me and said thank you.
It had been almost three hours, and the guy was still here, I just kept bringing him tea. It came to be closing time. I walked over to him.
“Um, the diner is closing, so you have to leave. Sorry, I’d love to let you stay, but rules are rules.” I said.
He looked up at me and nodded, “right… Colleen,” I gave him a confused look then realized I had my nametag on.
“Yeah, again sorry…” I said, “Jamie,” he said, “my names Jamie.” I nodded.
I went to go turn off he lights and grab my coat, it had stopped raining, but it was still a bit cold. He was still there when I came back.
