When morning comes. Ken made them breakfast but it made him wonder what Taekwoon has been smiling at while looking at his phone. He narrowed his eyes and sat opposite to him, putting down the cups of coffee beside their plates of pancakes. "I don't think police officers will let Ravi borrow a phone to flirt with you." Taekwoon rolled his eyes at him and pulled his arm to lean closer to him then showed him the screen of his phone with a shy smile on his lips.

"Look. H-he...he apologized." Ken widen his eyes.

"Really?" Taekwoon nodded.

"That very moment....he regreted it...I should've seen this message before submitting to my impulsive thoughts." he said then smiled more while looking at the table. Ken smiled as well.

"I told you...it's not forever this hard to keep up with struggles in life." Taekwoon nodded again. "Let's eat. They're getting cold." They then began eating happily when suddenly, someone is knocking at the door. Ken stood up and saw that it's just Jongdae.

"Hey. You can open the dooe you know." he said and to the intercom. Ken oppened the door and welcomed the demanding guy. "Are feeding him?" Ken took him tothe kitchen to sought the answers to his questions and there he saw Taekwoon, peacefully eating. He smiled at rhe sight but frown when he saw the bandage around his neck. He walked until the other noticed his presence.

"J-Jongdae. You're early." he said. Jongdae sat beside him and it made Taekwoon uncomfortable knowing his the evidence on his neck is bothering his friend. "I-I'm so sorry." he said then bowed his head.

Jongdae lifted his chin and smiled at him. "But you didn't. What matters is you're alright." Jongdae shamelessly pulled him in his arms for a warm embrace. Taekwoon returned the affection under Ken's gaze. Later on, Jongdae turned to Ken, thanking him without the needs of words. It was understood by him.

"Ugh! Geez. I'm getting so emotional. Eat more, you slender man." Jongdae joked so as not to make the sensitive topic to prolong for Taekwoon's sake. Taekwoon smiled at hik then showed him his plate, full of pancakes.

"Ken is not starving me." Jongdae once again smiled at Ken.

"By the way, when will you move? I heard you like it here." Taekwoon nodded.

"Later. We found a vacant room. I will be packing later." Jongdae nodded.

"Good. I can help you." Taekwoon immediately shook his head which made the two confused.

"No. I can do it myself. You stay here. You just go here. It's better if you wait till I got here." The idea didn't pleased Jongdae so he prepared himself to argie but Ken sat back, having full trust on Taekwoon.

"What? No way. I need to make sure you're alright-"

"Hey. I'm not a kid anymore. I'm a grown man now and this is is my first step." He held Jongdae's hand and stared at him. "Don't worry. I won't be the weak version of me anymore. I have you, Ken and the others. Always being there for me is the best thing you can do for me....so stop worrying there, appa" Jongdae sigh.

"Okay. Okay son." he replied. Ken covered his mouth.

"Does that mean he is my granpa?" The turned to him and Taekwoon started laughing, leaving Jongdae curious.

"What are you saying?" he asked Ken who is also laughing.

"It's because he told me that he can be my eomma so this means that you're my granpa." Jongdae cringed after hearing it but then his lips twitched into a smile upom realizing something.
