Care to Join Me?

"Twenty-seven. You have killed twenty-seven people, that I know of..." the young woman said. Her blond hair swayed as a gentle breeze blew past them, her breath caught in her throat as a shorter woman swiftly turned toward her, long black hair moved onto the shorter woman's shoulder as she met eyes with the tall blond, deep chocolate brown eyes looked straight into beautiful ruby red eyes as she gave a small smile melting the heart of the blond making her more relaxed.

The ruby eyes turned away after a while of them just staring at each other, the shorter female sighed and looked onto the horizon as the sunset making the sky a deep purple, red and blue. "what to know something Rose.." the shorter woman said to the blond as her eyes kept looking at the sunset, Rose hummed in response as she watched the other woman, holding herself back from wrapping her arms around the smaller woman. "Father once told me Power is better then knowledge but when I asked my mother she said knowledge is better than power..."

She took a small nearly silent breath nearly unnoticed and continued, "when I went to my eldest brother he said something different altogether, he said 'Sometimes knowledge and power are great but there is one that beats them both even if it was done tenfold, Fear, fear can beat knowledge and power in any game or war or fight that they are playing as long as you are making someone fear that they will die they have the advantage. Even if you do fear it yourself as long as you stay strong and beat the other no matter the cost then you win' ". Once again the smaller woman looked over to Rose but this time there was no smile "Amber.." Rose whispered as she went to touch her cheek gently.

"Rose, you don't know what you are getting into, as you step closer to me you are stepping closer to death, as you said, 'that you know of', so that means that you think there is more, and to that I would say you are right. As every death there is by my hands, my job gets closer to being finished, and when I have finished my job.." Amber moved Rose's hand away from her face and she took a step forward so that their noses were close to touching Amber moved her head up, 'Her beautiful ruby eyes went well with her pale skin and soft black hair' Rose thought as Amber looked up to her. "Rose" Amber's voice took Rose out of her trance as her once gentle and soft voice was now serious and flat, "when my job is finished and I no longer have to work for the king" she stepped even closer, it would make Rose's face go bright red if it wasn't for her face and tone.

"I will destroy this once so called 'lovely' kingdom you call home, and nothing will stand in my way until I find and get what I have desired all since I was a little creature.." her tone was now sharp and dangerous as she stared into the deep chocolate brown eyes one last time and then turned around her slim white ankle length dress moving with her as she slightly bends down and picks up her deep red mask and slid it onto her face as she slipped ribbon under her ears so it stayed on her face, her slim black heals clacked onto the concrete as she walked away from the shocked blond who was just standing there not moving or anything, after a few minutes her phone went off shacking her out of it and bringing her back to reality.

"Hello? This is Rose speaking.." she said quietly as her ears rung a little at the sudden loud crash that came through the phone as well as some distant yelling, "oh hey so did you see them?" the high pitched voiced asked and Rose sighed, "no I didn't sorry guess it was another false rumour again" she lied the other started to screech at her through the phone "WHAT BUT I WAS SO SURE THIS TIME, YOU ARE JUST BLIND UGH, WHY DO I HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THIS!" the other hung up and the blond sighed in relief as it stopped but knew It would be back when she got back to the base.

Rose sighed again and put her phone away into one of her jean pockets, she bent down and picked up her jacket putting it on and walked over to her car, she put her hand into one of her other pockets to grab her car keys, as she took them out a small piece of paper flew to the ground as it was also in the pocketed, Rose was confused as she didn't remember having any paper on her, she bent down and picked up the piece of paper, she unlocked her car and went inside. When she sat down she opened the small paper and gasped as well as had a tint of blush on her face as she read it over and over, she couldn't believe what she was reading but she knew that writing anywhere and knew it was real, The paper said this....
