Ch 1: Let's Get Fro-Yo

"Abby get your ass up for school!" my brother Shawn screams. By Shawn, I mean THE SHAWN MENDES from vine.

"First of all, what the fuck Shawn, school ended yesterday. Second, did the Shawn Mendes just curse?" I gasped.

Shawn was only older than me by 1 year, but he rarely curses.

He's 15 as of right now, and I'm 14.

"Whatever, I know it's summer break now, but I want you to come with me to get fro-yo," he says smiling wide.

"Ugh fine. But you're paying for mine." I said.

"Whatever, I'm driving though" he said with a smirk. (Shawn don't kill her)

"Ok lemme get ready" I propped myself up and walked to my closet. I picked out a white crop top that said "Always be yourself, unless you can be a unicorn. Then be a unicorn" , black high-waisted shorts, and my teal vans.

I stumbled my way to the bathroom, cleansed my face, applied toner and moisturized. I started to apply my makeup: concealer, foundation, mascara, winged eyeliner, a subtle lip color, light eyeshadow, blush, bronzer, and finally filled in my eyebrows (on fleek)

To top it off, I put my hair in a Katniss braid and curled the left over side bangs.

"Shawn I'm ready!" I screamed down the hall. "About time." he said,"You took like 15 hours in there!"

I rolled my eyes and got in Shawn's car. "Which place are we going to?" I asked him.

"I dunno. I was thinking bout Marble's Yogurt?" Marble's Yogurt was our favorite place to go to after we got out of school. "YASSSS" I exclaimed.

When we got there, I piled on a bunch of toppings to my cinnamon roll flavored froyo and Shawn got a vanilla one with a bunch of chocolate.

"So," Shawn started,"You know how I've been 'famous' lately on vine?"

"Um, yeah?" I replied.

"Well, some guy named Bart Bordelon asked me to join his tour called MAGCON made up of a bunch of other famous viners! Isn't this great?"

"Yeah, but doesn't that mean we won't be seeing eachother as much?"

"Well yeah." Shawn said, which made my heart sink.

Shawn was literally my only friend where we lived.

He's the only one I could talk to if I needed help or was in trouble.

"If Bart didn't happen to give me an extra ticket!" he screamed. "OMG SHAWN"

This boy gave me a fricking heart attack.

"Wait did you tell Mom and Dad?" I asked

"Yeah and they're semi-okay with it, but they said I could take you."

"Wow okay, when are we leaving?"

"Um... in 2 days" Shawn said slyly.

"WHAT SHAWN I NEED TO START PACKING LIKE NOW!" I exclaimed and dragged Shawn to drive us back home.

"Let's go, oh by the way, the first stop is in Dallas, Texas." he told me

"Oh ok" I said. I was so excited to be coming along with Shawn.

He doesn't really exploit me to the social media, and I'm totally fine with that.

But it's nice to finally be known as an actual person in the world. You know?
