The smells of typical British pancakes runs through my nose as the early morning's sun hits my skin. I open one eye slowly as a tiny hopeful smile appears on my face. I have read in many books and saw in many movies the scenes where boyfriends make cute breakfast for their girlfriends the morning after sex at night. Maybe, there are some chances that Hero made breakfast for me now because he usually isn't a type of a person who makes pancakes for himself, he mostly eats cereals. I stretch my arms uncovering from the soft blanket and feeling the fresh morning air followed with some birds chirps. I slept so good last night, I think I have never had a better sleep. The safety of Hero's arms and the fancy couch is a great combination. I slowly stand up and make my way to the kitchen giggling underneath my breath. As I enter the kitchen I see the most beautiful view possible. Hero standing at the kitchen island making the pancakes only in his sweatpants. "Morning beautiful" a smile on his face grows as he sees me causing me to blush immediately. "Morning, you making breakfast?" I ask spontaneously trying to seem cool and he nods his head. "Yeah, I was wondering if you like pancakes, then I thought that everyone likes pancakes so I decided to make them" the proud smile on his face melts my heart so I decide to just let all my feelings out by smiling widely. "You really didn't have to, Hero" seeing us like this looking like a couple in love makes me wonder if I'm really in love with this guy and how did everything happen so fast. "I wanted to make something special for the prettiest girl alive" I blush and put some hair behind my ear. "What's going on?" "What?" He looks up to me smiling. "Are we ummm dating now?" I blush more and he nods his head smiling. "Yes babe, if you want us to date then we are dating" I smile more not believing what is happening currently and nod my head. After I finish eating the most delicious breakfast ever I stand up with a huge smile on my face. "Well I have to go now, I promised Kristina I'd help her taking care of kittens at the park today, see you later" I kiss his cheek and walk outside of the house fastly.
While I'm walking to the park my whole reality hits me again. What if this relationship with Hero won't end well? What if we don't know each other too well for a relationship? What if I'll get too scared? Thoughts and thoughts are racing in my head until I notice that I already arrived at the park. "Look how cute they are" Kristina says pointing at bunch of tiny gray kittens and I nod my head with a small smile. "They really really are". We start taking care of them such as feeding them and asking people if they want to adopt one until it's the time for the break. "So I gotta tell you something" Kristina says sipping her banana milkshake and I nod my head. "Tell me" "so you know the girl that plays in After?" she says as her cheeks turn a bit red, my muscles immediately tense up, but then I remember I am officially Hero's girlfriend which gives me butterflies in my stomach "Yes I do, why?" "Well" she looks at her smoothie blushing. "She's been coming to my work some days, so we started talking, I find out she is bi also and we are going on a date" She looks up to me blushing and I smile widely. "Oh my gosh that's amazing!! I'm so happy for you" Kristina works at one really good and cute coffee shop in the centre of this city so I understand how, Josephine, if I'm not wrong, came there and I'm glad Kristina found someone who makes her happy. And so did I. The only question is, will I be able to let my past completely fade away from my life?
