I don't know why I moved back to mystic falls. I guess I'm just trying to stay away from my psychotic brother for a while. I just need a clean slate again, but I also wanted to lay low and have a normal life. I was walking down the trail across from this pretty river to try and clear my head of all the stupid mistakes I've made. I mean it wasn't my fault the girl i thought loved me, turned me into a vampire. I mean hey, it's got it's perks. The super speed, healing, super strength, jumping, etc., but it's not as easy as you think. It took me forever to learn how to not rip people's heads off. Now that's not a memory I ever want to bring up. It just gives me shivers thinking about it.

As I was lost in thought, I was brought back by a blood hurdling scream. I turned my head just in time to see a car fall off the bridge that ran over the river. I quickly ran, jumped in the water and began swimming to the car. I broke the car door off only to see the father conscious, and maybe the daughter. I reached for the dad, but he kept shaking his head and pointing to his daughter. I understood what he was asking so I grabbed the girl and swam to shore as fast as I could. As I got to shore, I checked her pulse to see of her heart was still beating, and thank god it was.

I didn't have a cell phone yet, so I ran as fast as I could to the hospital trying not to draw attention. As I got there I handed her to the EMT'S and called the police to tell them that there had been a wreck, but I only managed to get the girl out in time. They told me they were going straight there.

I can't even imagine what the girls going to do when she wakes up. I mean, her whole family's dead. I just pray that she will be alright. Before I left, I looked at her one last time, hoping that she will be okay. I wonder if I'll see her ever again. Just as I was leaving, I heard tons of ambulances sirens ringing. Then tons of doctors were rushing this boy into the hospital. It looked like the girls brother, that was in the car with her. Oh! Pray to God that he's alive. Then she won't be alone with her grief. I stuck around just to heard that the girls brother was indeed going to make it, and at that, I left the hospital lost in thought.
