Back in the castle

Sunset and Shadow walked down the hall ways, just..thinking. "So Shadow, can I ask you something?" Sunset said, Shadow crossed his arms and replied, "what?", "what was that?..oh right, you mumbled a name, that time. Who is Maria...?", Shadow's grip on his arms grew tighter, "you don't have to know", he straightly said, and kept going, Sunset quietly followed.

They got to a room, as Shadow just looked out of the window, Sunset came up behind him, "Shadow, you're acting too down", Shadow turned around and looked back down the window, while closing his eyes. Sunset noticed his gloomy face, "is it because of Ma-", "don't even dare!" Shadow interrupted her, "Ok I won't but, you can tell me what happened you know", Sunset said, as Shadow slowly moved his eyes to her, "trust me", Sunset gave a warm smile, Shadow just kept quite and sat on the bed. "She..she was a close friend, more like a family to me", Shadow kept his face emotionless, but Sunset knew, he does feel from the inside. "And I wasn't born, but created, in a space colony, I'm the ultimate life form, and immortal soul", Sunset quietly listened, "Maria always wanted to visit earth, but, it wasn't long when some agents, entered our colony and shot her", Sunset had her face turn to shock, Shadow still remained straight, "she had me in a pod, and sent me to earth instead, and I promised her..", Sunset was curious, "you promised what?", "I promised her that I will help everyone on earth and be kind", Shadow now had a small smile, and looked at his palms.

Sunset, smiled and put a hoof on his arms, Shadow looked at her, "don't worry, you can prove you won't break it, now", Shadow looked down. Shadow's smile faded as he looked out of the window, Sunset joined him.

"So Amy!, what do you wanna do?" Pinkie asked, jumping up and down, "I'm kinda tired, I might just go to the balcony and have some fresh air", Amy replied, while pointing at the balcony Pinkie smiled, "oh ok! I'll see what others are up to!", Amy nodded and smiled as Pinkie bounced off, Amy went towards the balcony and sighed, the breeze was all she needed, it was really relaxing. She leaned against the railing, putting her arms on top of it.

"I guess, I forgot something, I'll go back to my room, let's race once more, when I'm out", Rainbow Dash said, as she flew back to her room, "ok, be quick!" Sonic said, he tapped his foot, "I might wanna run around this castle right now, while I'm waiting", Sonic said as he ran off. Sonic ran and ran, and stopped abruptly when he saw Amy at the balcony, he wasn't sure what she was doing here, he went towards her.

"Hey Ames!" Amy jumped a little and turned back, Sonic noticed Amy's surprised face, "sorry did I startle you?" Amy gave a sigh of relief, "uh no, it's ok", she turned back at the sky, turning dark, Sonic joined her. Sonic looked up like her, Amy blushed. "Hey Amy, can I ask you something?" Sonic said, "sure, what?", Sonic scratched the back of his head, his involuntary action. "Uh, you've changed...I mean, you used to you know, chase me all the time, and give me hugs, but now you don't.." Sonic trailed off, Amy looked at him, "well, I realised that, what I was doing was the wrong thing, I actually got alot more independent when I came here. And aware that you need your freedom", Sonic smiled, and slowly grabbed Amy's hands gently, Amy noticed this and looked at him, Sonic too looked at her, and they both looked away blushing. ^ 3 ^ 🖤🖤

Pinkie bounced around and crept into Applejack's and Knuckles' room, Rouge and Rarity was there too, "helloooo guys!" Pinkie jumped in, and sat next to Rarity, "Pinkie, darling, would help us?" Rarity said as she looked at the arguing Knuckles and Rouge, Pinkie looked at Applejack, "well, Rouge and Rarity wanted to visit, and Knuckles and well they started fighting over, a thing called master emerald", Pinkie giggled, "you don't know know how important that is Rouge!" Knuckles said, "only if you knew, how much I love it, you're gift it to me as a gift!" Rouge shot back, Pinkie, Rarity and Applejack watched, until Pinkie spoke, "Knuckles, if you love her, why not give it?" Knuckles stopped and looked a Pinkie. Applejack and Rarity chuckled, Rouge smirked, He was blushing red, but he
looked angry, "WHY YOU-!" Nope, he was too pissed off. Pinkie backed off, "uhh maybe, I'll just leave!" Pinkie ran out of the room.
