They tell you to shine bright like a diamond, but what if the shine of flashes and bright lights are the things you fear most. As it starts and moves closer, shining brighter, moving in closer, soon to take my sight and breath away.
Hearts racing so fast the sound of beating drums in my ears much like Energizer bunny making 50 laps. Leaving me in bed as I pile pillows over my head.
It comes just as fast as it leaves making little slits across the sky, no knowing if morning or night the whole things gives me a terrible fright.
Each passing second I die more and more inside
