Anniversary

Pierce is alone with his three toddlers, Ali, Oli, and Kaia for Meryl is still at work. It also his and Meryl's wedding anniversary so he thought of something for Meryl.

"Twins, Kai!"Pierce called for the three as he approach their playroom.

"Daddy!"The three squealed and they immediately stood up. Pierce went in their playroom and he sat on the floor to be eye-level with them.

"Girls, come here."Pierce said and Kaia is the one who ran to him fast. She sat on her father's left and the twins sat on his right.

"Do you know what day it is today?"He asked his four-year-olds and his three-year-old.

"Kai bithday?"Kaia asked and Pierce chortled.

"No, it's not Kai's birthday."Pierce answered with a smile.

"It's mommy and daddy's anniversary."Pierce said but the girls didn't say anything.

"You know what that is?"Pierce asked.

"No!"The twins answered and Pierce laughed.

"Okay, you wanna bake a cake for mommy?"Pierce asked.

"Daddy, want take!"Kaia exclaimed and Pierce kissed her cheek.

"Alright, you three, let's go to the kitchen before mommy arrives."Pierce said and the three stood up.

"Okay, my princesses, off you go."Pierce said as he open their playroom's gate.

The three quickly ran out of the room but Pierce immediately blocked their way so they can't ran down the stairs.

"We will go down the stairs, gently."Pierce said and the girls nodded.

They walked down the stairs slowly, with Pierce waiting for them and when they reached downstairs, they sprinted to the kitchen where Pierce prepared everything he needed.

"Daddy, daddy, chocolate!"Oli suddenly yelled whilst jumping.

"Daddy, mallows!"Ali screamed while she is pulling their small ladder to the counter.

"Water daddy, want water!"Kaia roared and Pierce did a facepalm.

"Okay, okay, just wait."Pierce said sternly for them to hear him and the girls stopped what they are doing.

"Here's a chocolate for Oli,"Pierce started as he grab a small chocolate bar from the fridge before handing it to Oli.

"Two mallows for Ali,"He continued and he handed Ali two pieces of large marshmallows.

"And water for Kai."Pierce added as he hand Kaia her sippy cup filled with water.

"Now everybody have what they want, who will help daddy bake a cake for mommy?"Pierce asked and three girls raised their hands.

"That's good. So before we start, daddy bought little aprons for my little chefs."Pierce said and he showed them the small aprons. He wore it to them one-by-one.

"You girls are going to sit on the counter but promise dada that you will not be naughty so that you won't fall, okay?"Pierce said as he open his phone.

"Promise, daddy!"Oli exclaimed and he carried the three one-by-one on the counter.

"Ali, can you help dada with the flour?"Pierce asked and he handed her the measuring cup.

"Daddy, want flour too, please?"Kaia uttered but Pierce handed her the whisk.

"How about you start mixing it, baby?"Pierce said and Kaia nodded.
