FORAGER

from home to wandered aimlesly

she walked aimlessly on the sidewalk not having a destination but her body swayed from exhaustion she hadn't known how far she walked or maybe she would've turned back 

(flashback)

(momma looked at me with sympathy and warmth in her expression her lips turned up in the slightest smile "I looked at momma scooping her in a hug I know momma didn't like when dad came home with a whore as drunk as a skunk on rat poison. I could hear my father through the walls of my small home my momma walked outside and that when it happened momma was on the porch crying I was trying to block out the noises it was 2 am when the whore finally left then it was my turn my dad  looked at me and decided I was gonna be he's victim yet again )

this happened for weeks on end till my highschool year it started when dad and momma  started fighting and my dad started drinking a Lil after my first quarter of sophomore year when he went missing he left and I was alone with a broken mom and then it began we couldn't afford our Lil house far in the woods no more so momma pulled two jobs and double shifts at each almost 0 rest I was a volunteer for a place or two just one steady paying job nothing to fancy since I was only 17 

(the beginning of today)

MOM!!! I'm going now i don't wanna be late don't forget this and those she walked back into my room and then hers bring more things to fill the trunk mom I'm just going to college in Boston nothing to big you just might wanna warn me n ur boss's ahead of time, please........

to be continued I know I suck at writing I haven't edited but I wanted to test it out tell me your comments try not to be too harsh on negative comments I'm really trying I was really having a bad day n my grades suck rn so I'm trying I'm sorry  but I love writing this let me know to continue or end after how many chapters but I'm sorry if u say end it now cause I gotta add an ending I will soon I don't like using the word whore so if u got a better idea tell me
