Chapter 1~Pilot

•Third Person Narrative•

*Flashback*

The night was colder than any night in Heartsdale. The wind blew wildly and the Trees ruffled aggressively. No one knew what was coming-except for the seer who foretold of this night's event.

"Nature will bring forth more power than ever. The creatures of day will gather at the front of the town's heart and the creatures of the night will gather at the center of it's heart. Be not afraid,for Life will be reborn. New borns will bring forth power and strength. Destiny has it,that a miracle shall happen on that night and the day of unity !" He stood on his boat in the sea, declaring and foreseeing this night-speaking in parables-right before he jumped off into the sea with an anchor on his leg.

No one knew why he did it,but some would know why. Rumors were,that the mayor, Dior Hommé, was an evil warlock that ensures that all twins were killed.

Why?

Because,the prophecy says the birth will bring forth 'New borns',so add those together,you'll get what they mean.

But why would the mayor harm two innocent babies?

Because those ' two innocent babies' are the most powerful witches of all,but only if they knew that.

Still here.

Now,these two are turning sixteen years old. But not with each other. However,let's just see what Destiny does to them.

•Regina's POV•

I woke up to the sound of hearing my family creeping in my room, trying to tip toe to surprise me with a breakfast and a birthday cake.

I acted like I was still sleeping. " SURPRISE! " they all said,but I still didn't move. They tried again,but I still didn't move. They all looked at each other with worry in their eyes.

I cut the silence by shouting " SURPRISE! " so loud that they all were 'surprised'. Isn't that the point? To 'surprise' them?

A sheepish grin creeped on my face when they all looked at me not surprised anymore. I started to laugh so hard that they all just left the room without giving me my breakfast-in- bed, with cake.

They left the door open and I just got annoyed for a second but continued to laugh. "Next time you all try to surprise me and leave my door open, I will just have to tell my door to CLOSE-" I jokingly said, but I was cut off by the door actually closing when I said the word close.

Hold up!? I definitely don't have 'power's ,I don't believe in that 'Apesh*t'. "God I always wanted to use that!" I laughed . Yes,I'm a huge fan of Beyoncé,she's muah QUEEN.

But anyways. I don't get why my door just shut like that. So I decided to ask my family members. " Mom. Dad. Did any of you close my door?! " I shouted,still on my bed.

"No sweetie!" My mom yelled back,from the kitchen downstairs.

" Ask, Sydney or Sammy! " my father yelled also.

Sydney and Sammy are twins,but Sydney is the male and Sammy is the female. Yeah,weird right?
