This is an imaginary story written by me to explain a possible cause behind rapes and crimes. Many years ago, in a small village, a man committed a rape. He was caught.
Now, whole village sat together to decide what punishment should be given to the rapist.
Some suggested he should be hanged, some suggest he should be asked to leave village permanently.
Finally, he was asked to leave village permanently.
The man left village, went to an isolated spot behind a mountain and built a "Windmill of Rapes".
He wanted to take revenge on the village.
So he built it in such a way that whenever the wind blew, the windmill began to move and crimes and rapes began to happen in village.
Eventually, this man died after some years.
But windmill is still there. Whenever the wind blows, crimes and rapes continue to happen in the village.
The villagers tried all sorts of punishments but rapes and crimes still continue to happen there.
