Apart from this, Gandhiji also got used to stealing. He needed money to fulfill these wrong habits, so he started taking loans. Once, to repay the debt, he stole a piece of his elder brother's gold bracelet and sold it to repay his debt. Gandhiji had stolen it but he regretted it very much. Considering himself as guilt, Gandhiji told a letter to his father about all these evil sins and vowed that he would never do any bad thing now. Since then, Gandhiji has never done anything wrong.
2. Gandhiji's first speech in India- This is in 1916 when Gandhiji came to India from South Africa. Gandhiji was specially invited to lay the foundation stone of Banaras Hindu Vishwa Vidyalaya (BHU).
