chapter 1

Lexi POV

I was awoken by the ringing of my alarm notifying me to get up I pressed snooze for about ten times until I hear my mom shouting down stairs that if I don't get up I'll be late for my first day of school. Yeah I know I'm not a morning person.

I lazily get off my bed and head down stairs to be greeted by my mom.

"Ready for your first day of school sweetie," my mom said with a big smile plastered on her face.

"Yeah, but I'm kinda nervous because you know I'm not that good with meeting new people," I said with a sigh knowing it's gonna be hard to make new friends.

When I'm finished eating I went straight into the bathroom, but before I bathe I put on my favorite song girls like girls by Hayley Kiyoko.

Coming out of the bathroom I tripped on my feet and fell. "You ok Lex?!" my mom shouted from downstairs sounding not surprised since I'm always this clumsy. "Yeah I'm fine just tripped on my feet." I say getting up from the floor.

I put on a black skinny ripped jeans, a plain red rock and roll t-shirt and my black height top converse.

I checked my phone to see its 8:15 and school starts in like next 15 minutes. I ran downstairs gave my mom a hug goodbye and head out the door.
