She looked at her clock. It read 7:45. She was about to leave,until she saw her flowers in the window. "I know I'm not supposed to do this, but". She put her hands on the flower pots and tried to remember the healing incantation. She looked upland the flowers were healthy again. She was about to leave again, but she heard someone calling her from the window. As she walked towards the window the voice grew louder. Before she could touch the windowsill, there was a knock at the door. "Selena, you ready yet?". She looked away from the window. She knew that voice. It was Varian. "Yes, I'm coming". She took on last glance at the window and walked out to meet Varian.
Varian POV "I hope she is ready to go", I thought. I've known Selena before we came to Auradon Prep. Her and her mother Persephone had visited Corona during the summers. Turns out her mother created the magic golden flower and the healing incantation. Ever since then we were best friends. And I have a crush on Selena. I'm trying to find a way to tell her, but something is holding me back. Finally I reach her bedroom door and knock. "Selena, you ready yet?, I asked on outside the door."Yea, I'm coming", she said. A minute later, she comes out her room. I stare into her eyes for a second. They were a beautiful hazel color.I snapped out of it. "It's about time", I told her sarcastically."Don't blame me because I'm a girl",she spat at me. "Come on. Let's go get the others", I said. First we got Mal and Evie, then Carlos and Jay. "Hey Varian, Hey Selena",said a surprisingly cheerful Jay. "Hey man", I replied. "Hi Jay", said Selena. She tried to hide the fact that she was blushing. I know she has a crush on Jay. Which makes me upset. I need to tell her how I feel before I loose her to Jay.
