The Sword, Gem and Shield

Prologue

It was in London when it happen, they agreed that they were going to travel the world, to explore the unknown. When Emiya Shirou and Tohsaka Rin, agreed that they will temporarily leave Clocktower , when walking towards the grand library that exists within the academy. The world begins to warp itself around the two, it was as if someone places a kaleidoscope around them, color changing rapidly in a hypnotic pattern, Rin immediately clings onto Shirou with great fear of what is happening, the two can feel their very essence being ripped apart from their bodies... No... this wasn't how it was going to be; Rin was going to make sure that she was going to stay with Shirou. That he won't become his future counterpart, she was going to change fate and stay with him.

Suddenly the world turned to darkness, but she can feel it. Her body finally awakening from its long slumber, but when she fully came conscious, she groans to the pain of her body, not even when she and Luviagelita Edelfelt would have their typical sparring matches for someone's attention was this painful. The pain in her body feels as if each joint has been beaten to a bloody pulp.

Drip... Drip... Drip...

She can hear the rain falling gently outside as a breeze entered the tent, bringing a small bit of hope into the young woman that she was somewhere, but she realized she wasn't in her body anymore. She looks down onto her body, it was regressed back to when she was a thirteen-year-old. Swearing at the knowledge but prays that the case has happened to Shirou slightly, in case if the same has happened to the male.

"Rin... Rin, where are you?"

"S-Shirou?" Rin asks hopefully.

"Yeah..."

"Shirou... where are we?"

"I don't know..."Shirou looking around at the cages "Rin... why do you look and sound younger..."

"Shirou..." Rin gasps at the sight of him "your so cute, with you and your little Raccoon ears!"

"S-Shut up!" Shirou blushes madly "besides at least I don't have Rabbit Ears."

"What did you say..."

Rin blinked and went to touch her ears they weren't there, she paused for a single minute and moves her hands up to the top of her head, then she feels it... rabbit ears, without even realizing it she screams in panic.

"Rin, Rin! "

"I-I have Rabbit ears... Of all things... I swear if this some form of a joke to you Zelretch Schweinorg, it isn't funny!" Rin shouts "I worked so hard to get a body like mine and now I have to restart, not happening!"

After a few minutes of calming down the two being to analyze their new bodies, they realize that they have turned into a half-human and animal hybrid, it appears the Rin has turned into a child Rabbit hybrid, while Shirou is a Raccoon hybrid. When Shirou went to check his bushy tail, he shivered in the pain when Rin reached from her cage to grab it and to feel it. Causing her to laugh darkly knowing that this is his biggest weak point.

Shirou looks into the cage beside him, revealing to be a young girl, her eyes cast down in  despair and devoid of life, but what struck him more was not the chains, not the rags she wore but the ears... like Shioru her ears and tail are of that of a raccoon, they're aren't ears that humans have. That proved that they were in another reality, a world where its denizens are capable of having animal like creatures or that they have the biology of animals.

"I believe the Second Magic was triggered..." Rin deducted "it's the only True Magic that utilizes the transportation of going into another reality, like if we used it we could have entered a reality with you and Saber instead of me."
