Two weeks later and now Maya was actually getting very excited for the dance that is coming up pretty soon.
She knew it wasn't going tk be a whole lot to look forward to but goodness knows what she will actually do once she does get excited about the whole thing.
She knew there were a whole lot of reasons to get excited about but she didn't know what.
"Please Daddy. This iis my first high school dance. Be proud of me," Riley said.
"I can't. And you're not going," Cory said as Maya came through the door.
"Let her go, Matthews. I'm any chaperoning again so no worries. It's a new world for you to allow her to go," Maya said.
"If you chaperone her then fine," Cory said.
"I'm good with that," Riley said.
