Every one of my family members' eyes were on me. Now was the time, I had to do it now or I would never get the chance I-I'm gay.. I whisper loud enough for everyone to hear, everyone was quiet... to quiet... oh no... I knew it...
"Haha I'm gonna pretend you never said that... Now tell us what you really had to say." My grandmother says causing everyone to let out a nervous chuckle. I felt tears fill my eyes as I ran out of the family room, Running up to my room, and slamming the door after about an hour someone knocks on my door.
"I'm coming in kiddo." a deep muffled voice which belonged to my father, he walks into my room with his arms wide open motioning me to give him a hug. I jump up and run into his arms and start bawling my eyes out again. "I-I'm sorry" I cry as he hugged me tighter.
"Don't you ever be sorry about something like that never be sorry for loving what and who you love and I don't give two shits that your gay because you are you and hell it took you a lot of guts to come out like that and no matter what I will never be upset about anything like that... I already talked to my friend from work he said if you wanted you could stay there for a bit.. he's gay but he already has a boyfriend of his own and I trust them with my life, But the decision is up to you son" he speaks softly causing me to nod "I-I'll go I know everyone needs time to think before it'll be alright here" I whisper.
"Alrighty kiddo I'll text him so go ahead and pack some clothes I'll text you when we leave" He says giving me one last hug before leaving me alone once again, I do as I'm told and pack a duffle bag full of clothes, after packing and playing on my phone for a while I finally get the text from my father telling me to go outside and wait by the car, I gladly do so and wait by the car after waiting for my father soon he comes out and I put my bag in the back, we got in the car and started our way down the drive way from the place I used to call my home...
