It had been a day or so since everything happened, and I still needed to figure out things about myself. I sighed to myself as I stood out in the middle of the woods, I closed my eyes and I waited. I waited, until I feel the wind smack me in the face making me open my eyes.

"Sister, it's been a long time." Azazel says and I looked at her.

"What? Don't tell me you're doing father's bidding now."

"Unlike you Charmeine, I listen to my destiny." She says and I rolled my eyes.

"Where is he?"

"He's busy."

"Busy for his own daughter?"

"You're the one who chose to live down here on this forsaken place, it was your choice." She says and I scoffed, walking forward.

"We're human Azazel, don't forget that. We're still part of this race you find so disturbing." I said, and she glares at me, "Now, take me to father or I'll rip open the doors of Heaven myself and I can assure you, it won't be pretty."

"Come along." She says and stretching out her wings, I looked up and realising she had started flying, taking me up with her.

Everything was bright before I noticed we had already reached here. Soon Azazel led me through the familiar halls and we had finally reached the doors, she pushed them open and my eyes landed on my father who sat there with guards with him.

"Thank you Azazel." My father says, and she nods. Before she walks out she gives me a glare making me roll my eyes as she left, "Ah, Charmeine welcome home." He smiles, coming closer to me.

"Hello father." I said, and he grabs my hands.

"How have you been?"

"Better. I've needed to talk to you and well, it's not like you have a phone for me to call you." I said, and he chuckles putting a hand on his stomach.

"You were always such the jokester." He says, smiling at me, "What is it that you need to talk about child?"

"Are you my father?" I asked and he frowns.

"What do you mean?"

"I mean, what am I?" I said, getting angrier now as I brought out the papers from my research and throwing them on the ground, "Because I've been doing a little soul searching recently and you would never have guess what I came across."

"Where is this all coming from?" My father asked and I scoff.

"Please, enough with the lies. You've lied to me enough in my lifetime!" I said, feeling my power surge through me, "Tell me the truth! What am I!"

"You're name is Alecto. A Nephalem." He exclaims and I looked at him making him sigh, "You're not only half angel, you're half demon."

"How is that possible?" I said, looking at him.

"Your mother was an angel here on this court. One of her missions was to seek out this man, he was evil but somehow she fell in love with him. They both knew it was forbidden, but that didn't stop them. Two years later, you showed up at our doorstep with your mother. She brought you to us." He explains and I gulped.

"What happened to her?"

"She took her life."

"Why?"

"Because of the prophecy." He says, sighing and I frowned.

"What prophecy?" I asked and he walks over to a desk. He rummages through it before he walks over and hands me a scroll, I opened it fast reading it over, "'The daughter of Arcadius will rise and take over the world, ridding the world of disease and misfortune' What-," I went to protest but there was a picture of me, same exact one from my dreams.
