Come Out, Yukata Len!

The date was July 28th, 2020. Serene Ritryono [Siren] was watching Minoru Ikeda [Yukata Len]'s house using her binoculars. She has been spying on him for a couple of months now, and this was getting old. He was still in depression after losing both of his sisters due to the coronavirus. And he hasn't left his house since.

Siren: Okay, that is it! I'm going to give him a piece of my mind!

She went outside and walked (it's more like stomped) over to Yukata Len's house. She knocked on the door as loudly as she can without breaking the door.

Siren: Come on out, Minoru! I know you can hear me!

Bristol Mondilez [Breathe With You] and the rest of her friends Patricia Graham [Pink Pops], Azalea Solberg [Star Vocalist AS], and Michelle Beldonesson [Meteorite] heard the commotion and went over to the angry Serene.

Star Vocalist AS: What's going on here?

Siren: It's Minoru. Ever since his sisters died, he has holed himself up in his house. And I've had it. I want him to enjoy life again.

Breathe With You: Well, you know he has very few friends that visit him.

Pink Pops: Yeah. Jessica Jared [Jersey], Labradorite Tasnelly [Plug-In], and Halley Handrolez [Hello World] don't really visit him anymore either.

Siren: Why not?

Pink Pops: Dunno. Probably because of the coronavirus.

Siren: Is Minoru sick with the virus?

Star Vocalist AS: I don't know.

Siren: Get out here, you deaf son of a bitch!

Bristol pulled her away from the door before she did any more damage.

Breathe With You: Serene, calling him names and yelling is not helping anybody.

Siren: But...

Breathe With You: We should just leave him alone.

Pink Pops: I agree with Bristy.

Siren: We've left him alone for way too long now.

Breathe With You: I know you care about him. We all do.

Siren: What? Me, with a deaf kid? You're out of your mind, Bristy!

Breathe With You: You know Ciel DuBlois, right?

Siren: Well, duh. Every module in Negi Root City does.

Breathe With You: When his sister died, it affected him greatly. It still does after 7 months. If you really care for him, then leave him alone until he's ready to come out and see people again.

Star Vocalist AS: For once, listen to Bristol, Serene. Please?

Siren: ...Okay.

Breathe With You: Thank you.

Pink Pops: I'm really curious. How did you guys first meet?

Siren: Well, he was a sophomore, I think. And I was a senior. Back in Future Tone High School, I was pretty much a loud kid. Like I am now. I saw some boys around my age picking on him because he was deaf. I saved his life that day and told the bullies to fuck off. And during lunch, it was hard to talk to him because he couldn't hear me. So, what I did was write stuff down on my notebook. I learned a lot about him. Like he's a vegetarian and he's also lactose intolerant.

Pink Pops: I think everyone either does that or uses sign language.

Siren: Well, back then I didn't know sign language. After I graduated, I didn't see him again.

Meteorite: Did you...you know...have feelings for him back then?

Siren: Uh...maybe. But that was a couple of years ago. Besides, he might like someone else, like Jessica.

Breathe With You: I see. Listen, I'll try to get him to come out more often.

Siren: You?

Breathe With You: Yes, me. No offense, but you'll probably hurt his feelings.

Siren: I've gotten better ever since that day I met him.

Meteorite: I don't know, Serene. After you called him a...you-know-what, I think it's best for Bristy to handle things. Since she's quieter.

Siren: Fine.

Breathe With You: Just leave things to me. For now, we should just leave Minoru alone for a little bit more. I'll try to talk to him tonight or something. But it might be difficult since I have a little meeting with Mysterious Butterfly today as well. And I promised to take Autumn shopping.

Meteorite: Ooh, someone has a little crush!

Breathe With You: Yes, I do. It's true. I really like him.

Siren: We're not talking about him, though.

Breathe With You: You're right. So, can you handle Minoru staying in his house a little bit longer?

Siren: I suppose.

Breathe With You: Good. Come on.

The 5 of them continued on with their day.

This little idea came to my mind randomly. Now I'm so confused about who Yukata Len's girlfriend should be. Anyways, maybe I'll let one of my friends handle the meeting about Breathe With You talking with Yukata Len. I'll see you guys in the next story!
