AN: Picture above is Lisa!
---***---***---***---***---***--Lisa knew all about mistakes. Hell she had been born a mistake. Mistakes had always been a part of her life. Like the time she decided to tattoo her face, or when she had left what pitiful home she had to go live on the streets. There was also time that she decided to hitchhike cross country, of course, that had only been a mistake at first but then she had met him. Jack. Love of her life and bane of her existence. He was perfect, but also the biggest asshole she had ever met. She could blame him for her predicament, hell may have a right to if she thought about it hard enough, but as her bruised and battered body was flying through the air she knew that the only person to blame was herself. Jumping in the truck with Mathias had been her fault and her fault alone. One of her many, many mistakes. It wasn't something she had thought was a mistake at first. Not like she thought showing up to Larias Boarding School on a whim had been a mistake, or trying so hard to get Jack to see the truth had been a mistake, but now she realized, if a little too late, that the mistake had been not trying hard enough. She should have forced Jack to listen before that night at the Motel. Maybe if she had she wouldn't be falling to the ground at an alarmingly fast pace from twenty feet in the air. The acrid stench of burning metal and rubber filling her nose. It was too late for her. Lisa knew that, even as the weightlessness of her body made her feel like she was flying. Something she had never gotten the chance to do but always wanted to. Yet another mistake. The biggest mistake she had though. The only one that really mattered when it was all said and done. Was that in all the time she had known Jack, fought with him, pleaded with him, she never told him she loved him. Now she would never be able to. As the ground grew closer, she closed her eyes and imagined she was really flying. Flying away from the crash, flying to the boarding school to find Jack so she could tell him that she loved him, that she was sorry she couldn't be there with him. That she never got the chance to love him the way she really wanted to. As her body hit the ground with crushing force and everything faded to black she thought she heard him scream her name. "LISAAAA!"
