Maya looked over as Riley and Lucas were having a date night not knowing she would chaperone them everywhere.
She smiled as she saw a couple just a bit older than her but very happy.
She sighed as she got a call from no one else besides Riley's dear uncle.
"If Riley find out we have contact she is gonna freak," Maya said.
"Then she has to. You were very... Shady last when we spoke. I just wanted to make sure you are okay," Josh said and Maya smiled.
"I know. But I am okay now. Everything is just getting too much for me, that's all," Maya said.
"You sure? You know people actually do break down very ugly because of stuff like this," Josh said and Maya looked over at Riley.
"I have to go. I'll talk again," Maya said putting her phone down.
