Athena P.O.V

" he is injured " oh god, I knew something was wrong...

" What..?"

" he has been shot, but don't worry he will be fine," I feel numb, I don't even know how I am reacting right now. It is like my brain is in a completely different world trying to process what I just heard.

" Queen?" I heard Adam beside me, but I kept quiet, I couldn't even look at him.

" we will go to him now, don't worry," he said, I just nodded slowly as I brought my knees to my chest and kept staring at the road through the windshield.

I hate this, I hate him doing this job, I hate everything right now.

I kept thinking to myself while wiping my silent tears

" queen, are you crying?" Adam asked earning ahead shook from me

He then thankfully kept quit. We were now inside a forest, knowing it is a forest by so many trees is not a big deal.

" We are here," he said as he stopped the car before turning it off and getting out of it. I wiped my tears one more time, before getting out as well

" I am sorry queen, I can't come with you now because you are the only one allowed from here. You see that treehouse Over there, king is resting there, you can go and check on him. I will be waiting here for you" I nodded and started to walk towards the treehouse. If it was a normal day I would have admired how beautiful it is, but my feet walked fast as my brain was shut, only thinking about Leonardo.

I quickly walked through the bridge nearly in running speed, I opened the door quickly only to be welcomed by roses petals pouring down on me like rain and that was creepy, let me tell you.

I looked inside only to see Leonardo standing there safe and sound..... he was warring a suit which looked fancier than what he is wearing each day.

" what is happening here??" I asked confused as I walked up to Leonardo, checking everywhere for any injury, but nothing. it is reliving, but also killing

" surprise," he said with a smile

He is smiling? he is smiling...

I chuckled darkly as I took a few steps back, looking around like crazy

" surprise?" I asked again mockingly

" do you call this surprise?" I asked hurt, trying hard not to cry again.

" do you have any idea how scared I was..?" I asked him. He stood there looking at me confused

" What happened???" He asked as he stepped closer to me

" What happened?? I came here being told that you were injured, you know how bad I felt" his confused face turn into an angry one

" Adam is dead, I swear," he said as he hugged me tightly

" I just wanted to surprise you, so I asked Adam to bring you here and not to tell you where you are going. I never knew he will take it too far " he squeezed me even more in his arms,
