Eliza's POV

         Sa simula pa lang ay ayaw na ng parents ko sa boyfriend kong si Carl. Ewan ko ba kung bakit. Lage na lang nilang sinasabi na dapat maganda ang kanyang family background and I will have to suffer for the rest of my life if I were to be with him.

        Dahil nga sa kanila eh minsan kaming mag-away. Pero kahit ganun I love Carl deeply. 

        And now kasama ko si Carl at bigla ko siyang tinanong.

        ''How deep is your love for me?''

        Habang tinanong ko yun eh wala syang sinabi, hindi nya sinasagot ang mga tanong ko when it comes to that kind of question. Kaya tuloy bigla kong naisip, ''mahal nya ba talaga ako?'' minsan nga eh nagagalit ako sa kanya. Iniisip ko na lang na siguro hindi nya sinasagot ang tanong ko pero mahal nya pa rin ako.

        Pagkatapos ng mahabang taon na naging kami, Carl finally graduated.

        ''Eliza, finally graduate na ako''.

        ''Oo nga, Congrats Carl. Oh, anong plano mo ngayun?"

        "Ahm sa totoo nyan ay may plano na ako''

        "Ano nga yon?"

        " I decided to further my studies abroad"

        "Huh? But why?"

        "Para sa future natin. But, before I leave, I'll tell you first these words, 'I'm not very good with words but all I know is that I Love You. If you allow me, I will take care of you for the rest of my life. As for your family, I'll try my best to talk them around. WILL YOU MARRY ME?"

        Oh my god, si Carl ay nagpopropose sa akin? Hindi ako makapaniwala.

        "Yes Carl, I do. I will marry you for the rest of my life."

        "Thank you, Eliza. I promise that I will be a good husband to you. Thanks."

       
         After our conversation, pumunta kami ng bahay to have a permission to my family.

        "Mom, Dad nag propose na po sa akin si Carl."

        "At anong sinagot mo?"

        "Of course, I agreed"

        "Ha? But why? Di ba sabi ko, ayaw ko sa kanya?"

        "Yes I know, but mom I love him and he loves me too."
