Maximilien Gagnon, 21 years old, born in France, Strasbourg, his father recruited him in his department as a Junior Detective, the time he finishes College.

Maximilien studies books an concentrates on being a Detective like his Dad did, when he was a kid he was abused by his Father from being a weakling kid.

He grew up as a stubborn man, but has a nice heart and good at making friends.
Later his father got murdered while on duty, no one stands up as a witness, so the case remains unsolved.
He, Maximilien, tries to solve his Father's case alone without telling anyone, and it's still unknown.
On a rainy night, he goes to the nearby Library to read books again to kill some time, whilst reading he noticed a girl reading also, they looked the same age.

The girl looked at her with a blank expression, he felt nervous but nonetheless he talks to the girl.
"Hey, i've never met you here before, nice to meet you! Name's Max--"
Before he finished his sentence the girl responded, cutting his sentence.
"Maximilien..Maximilien Gagnon, a Junior Detective in the Department of Strasbourg, nice to meet you, my name is Ameline."
The girl responded casually , Maximilien examines her face closely.
"Have we met before? How do you know me?"
Maximilien pinches the girl's cheeks, Ameline blushes and moves an inch, she tries to hide her face.
"T-too..close.."
Ameline whispered underneath her breath, and covers her face, Maximilien is confused at what happened and worries that she hurted the girl.
"H-Hello? I'm sorry, i-i'm just confused on how did you get my name, p-please don't cry, i'm really sorry."
Maximilien's voice shakes as he talk and tries to apologize, the girl looked at her rubbing her cheeks and gives a book to him and leaves.
"H-hey! Ameline! How do you know my name!?"
He shouted, but Ameline left already, he's still confused, he noticed the book that Ameline gave to him, it's titled "The Curse of the Mansion".
He smirks as he saw that the book was a horror story and chuckles at the title, he read some few pages and noticed a paragraph that said..
"The elderly died, one sight vanished, room filled nothingness, but walls and shutted windows, is the curse occuring again?"
He looked at the time noticed that his duty is coming up, he brings the book with him and opens up his umbrella, took a walk to the department, confused.
Arriving in the Apartment, the Head of them looks at Maximilien and gave documents to him.
"Our Detectives are quite busy, investigate the crime, an old woman died at the Mansion near the Academy, here in Strasbourg, a bullet took her left eye out and pierced the skull. Other informations and details are in there inside the document, goodluck."
Maximilien smiled as he received another case to handle, the smile broke once the Deputy Head's voice echoes in his mind and looked at the Book that the girl gave him.
