Chapter 29: Mussoorie

It was early in morning and Aditya was in his office.
"Sir, this was the file Mr. Kapoor was talking about." His assistant said coming inside his cabin. Aditya nodded and asked her to leave.

It's been three days since Zoya went to Mussoorie. They did speak over call everyday but Aditya seemed off without her presence. She became his need and he was dying to see her , meet her , love her. He kept asking when she would come back and her answer was "two weeks" as she had some work there. He was unable to concentrate on work. He did come to office but his mind wandered only towards Zoya. A call brought him back out of his thoughts. Picking up he heard his brother's voice.

"Hey bhai. How are you doing?" Arjun asked him.

"I'm doing fine Arjun. You tell me... how are you doing there in Bangalore ?" Aditya asked him . Arjun went to Bangalore for an important case research.

"Just messed up with work bhai." Arjun replied.

"So when are you coming back?" Aditya asked looking into his files.

"It will take two more days! I'm free after that." Arjun said.

"Okay." Aditya replied . Arjun could sense his brother's uneasiness. He knew Aditya was terribly missing Zoya. He is happy that his brother got the right one but at the same time he was worried about their relation. What would happen after Pooja knows everything... this mere thought gave him a weird cum dangerous feeling.

"Bhai..." he said .

"Hmmm" Aditya responded engrossed in his work.

"You're missing Zoya di so much right?" Arjun said. Aditya's mind diverted back to the call. He looked away from the file. He couldn't answer him the way his heart wanted to because that's unexplainable. The feeling is unexplainable. Aditya looked down and stayed silent. Arjun knew his dilemma.

"I understand bhai." Arjun said and further added
"But bhai ... it's high time I feel you should say everything to Pooja. She deserves to know this."

"I know Arjun... I spoke to Zoya about it. She said we will open up to pooja once she come back from Mussoorie and I'm waiting for her now." Aditya said.

"Hmmm"

"I hope Pooja understands." Aditya said holding the pen looking at it getting lost in thoughts.

"She will bhai. It may take time but she will." Arjun comforted him.

"Yeah.. thanks Arjun. You are the only one who can understand my situation.. I can share everything with you." Aditya said .

"Come on bhai. I'm your brother. You have all the right to tell me things. Trust me I'll support you always." Arjun said.

"Yes. Come soon." Aditya said smiling.

"I will bhai." Arjun said .

With this the conversation came to end. Aditya kept his phone on the table and laid back on his chair closing his eyes. Firstly he missed Zoya so much and secondly he need to face Pooja. God knows what will happen . He was not worried for himself . He was worried for Zoya and Pooja as well. On one side Pooja might get hurt thinking her best friend cheated on her and with that she may even curse Zoya for life. On the other side Pooja will be heartbroken with his betrayal. But what could he do ... he just fell for Zoya. His feelings for Zoya were uncontrollable. Pooja never made him feel the way Zoya did. He had fallen harder for Zoya. And he decided how much ever Pooja, Pooja's family or the entire world tries to downgrade his and Zoya's love, he will always be there for Zoya no matter what. He'll stand with her and be her support system. That doesn't mean he'll forget Pooja. He will definetly be there for Pooja as a friend. Because she was his good friend before being a lover and will always be a good friend. But he knew after she comes to know all this she will never want to see his face.
