Peppermint || Shoto Todoroki x Reader

Introduction

Hi! This is a Todoroki x Reader story, but I will be deciding certain looks and your quirk because it's very vital to the story. Thank you for your understanding <3

Quirk: 

- Charmspeaking: Allows the user to sweet-talk anyone into doing something, even if against their will. If the user is extremely skilled at charmspeak, he/she can hypnotize a person for a period of time.

- Unnamed water quirk: Any liquid, be it seawater, drinking water or blood, the user can control all liquids, as long as they contain water. Abilities include:

    -- Breathing underwater

    -- User is able to swim extremely quickly

    -- User can absorb moisture from the air around him/her and project it out of their body (e.g. hands)

    -- Allow others to breathe underwater, as long as he/she is in contact. (e.g. holding hands)

    -- Convert the molecular structure of water to energy and can transfer it into small items

    -- Occasionally freeze or heat up liquids

    -- Staying dry in water unless she wants to get wet

    -- Finding out the location of something through any liquid that it present (e.g. pipes)

Weaknesses:

- If the user charmspeaks too much, he/she will get a very bad sore throat, during which he/she is unable to charmspeak.

- The user risks facing a range of backlashes from overexerting oneself fighting for control over the liquids. These backlashes include:

    -- Headache (Mild)

    -- Nosebleeds (Mild)

    -- Vomiting (Moderate)

    -- Dehydration (Moderate)

    -- Unconsciousness (Severe)

Y/N is first depicted as outgoing, snarky and observant but occasionally harsh and standoffish. She holds grudges towards certain people like the hero Endeavor because he is the cause of her mother's death. She has been betrayed by some people on multiple occasions and this causes her to have trust issues. This will, however, not impact her relationship with Todoroki. She quickly warms up to Todoroki despite their occasional bickering.

She is bubbly and often jokes around, though many of her peers have described her as 'intimidating' because of her powerful quirk.
