Julia POV 

i was really bored but i couldn't do anything. i sat there for i think 2 hours before Jack came back, he had he knife with him.... i wanted to scream but he put a rag around my mouth. so it just sounded weird. he came up to me and started cutting my neck, in stripes, really slow. it hurt so bad that i started crying. that's when someone broke down the door. i couldn't see who it was because the lights outside were really bright. but i knew that person came for me.

Maihua POV 

when we arrived at Jack's house, i just started looking around the house. we had some police man with us so we had a lower chance that we would get hurt.  everyone started looking up the stairs but i stayed down. that's when i heard crying.  i heard it coming from the basement. first, it was locked, so i just kicked it open. then, i saw her, getting cut in her neck by the devil himself. i slowly walked downstairs.

Jack POV

i didn't know she would discover where i live so fast...when i walked downstairs Julia started screaming like crazy,  because she knew i was prepared for this. i knew she would come sooner or later. so i bought a gun. i pointed it at her and she stood still. 'STAY THERE!! DON'T MOVE!!!' i screamed at her. i think the people that went upstairs heard me because they all came downstairs. so i pointed the gun at Julia.  that girl started to look worried. so i laughed. when all the people were down they all stood behind that girl. 'alright, since we both want Julia, ill give you a choice. 1. you break up with her, if you even had something with her. or 2. i kill her right here on the spot.

Maihua POV

i didn't know what to do...i didn't want to break up with Julia but i didn't want her to die!! but then Julia kicked him and he fell to the ground. that's when i started to jump him. i started to punch him in his face. there was blood all over me but i didn't care. the police picked me up and i immediately looked over to Julia. i walked over to her. 'baby, are you okay?!' she slowly nodded. i knew she was gonna black out so i untied her really fast and lifted her up out of the basement. her parents called the hospital. 'M-Maihua....i-i love you...'  she said that as if it were her last words. 'no..NO JULIA DON'T LEAVE ME PLEASE!!' i started to cry while she was brought to the hospital. the doctors said that there was one person that could be brought with in the car.  i said that her mom could go, but she wanted me to go. so i stepped in the car and we drove to the hospital.

when we arrived at the hospital i had to explain everything to the doctors. they asked so many questions i think i couldn't even respond to them all. then, she woke up.
