Aurcovus' POV:

As I reach our room, I saw my mate sitting the staring out the window while Caydie is pass out the bed. I slowly walk to him and hug his back making him jump a little, he look at me then gave me a small smile.

"Hey beautiful, what are you thinking?" I ask him.

"Oh nothing..." He said but clearly there's something bothering him.

"Tell me." I said as I rest my chin at his shoulder and leave a kiss at his cheeks making him blush a little.

"It's just... Your father's down there, what if he won't like me? What if he'll hate me because I'm a hu--"

I cut him off as I press my lips at his, he was stunned for a few minutes but then kiss back as I twist his body to face me. I tilt my head to the side as I depend the kiss and he circle his arms at my shoulder, My hands found its was to his side creasing it gently. A few more minutes of kissing passionately both of us pull away panting, his face is flush and lips are a bit swollen.

"You don't have to be scared of my father or even my mum, father told me to accept my mate no matter who they are... Even if they're a human, so you don't have to worry about him, He'll accept you. While Mum? He had a human mate a loooonnnggg time ago Dad is his second chance mate, his mate died though. So you also don't have to worry about him." I assured him.

"Still, he's the king and I'm a hu--" I shut him off again by giving him a quick kiss on the lips.

"The king you're saying might look very intimidating but believe me he's scared of my mum." I said chuckling.

He laugh a little as he rest his head on my shoulder.

"Are you sure?" He ask.

"Of course love, besides I wouldn't let anyone harm you or Caydie." He said.

I pull away from Zion and look back at the door to see my mum there standing looking at us, I feel my mate hold my hand and tense up behind me.

"Hey mum." I said.

He walk towards us and I felt Zion's grip tighten even more, I squeeze his hand gently to assure him it's fine.

"Is he your mate??" Mum ask.

I smiled at him. "Yes mum," I gently pull Zion beside me.

"Mum, This is my mate Zion Kenjie Elizar. Zi, this is my fathers mate, and also my new mum and also dad's butler, Elijah Privati." I told him.

My mate bowed a little." H-hi, s-sir..." He greet shyly.

Mum smiled at him. "Hello to you too, Zion. I hope this guy here isn't giving you any trouble." Mum said chuckling.

"U-uumm, no sir." He said nervously.

Mum chuckle again. "Come on, don't be nervous. We won't hurt you." He said.
