Chapter 19

~Hayes' POV~

I stared at Taylor astonished, his cheeks and eyes were red from, crying?

"You must be surprised to see me yeah?" Taylor asked wiping his eyes and I nodded "Well, Cameron told me what was going on with Carter, and I knew you were going to find out soon so I decided to come down and see you" he said "but little did I know, that I would find myself in a similar situation" he said sniffling with a sad smile

"I don't know what you mean Taylor" I said

"I broke up with Shawn today.." He said his voice cracking

"Oh my gosh Tay why?" I asked

"I found out he was cheating on me with Matt for the last few weeks." he said choking up

"Oh my god Tay, I'm so sorry"I said

"I know how it feels Hayes, we're going through the same thing" he said

"But Tay, you and Shawn were together longer than Carter and me. You must be in a lot of pain" I said

"Hayes, you worry to much about others" he said with a sniff "I'll be fine" he said "Ugh, but I was so mad, sad, and confused I went and I told Dillon about it and...things happened.." He said

"What kind of things?" I asked

His cheeks went red "need I say it?" He asked

"No." I said

The thing about Tay is, he doesn't show emotion a lot, and seeing him crying and blushing, is really weird "Tay, did you love Shawn?" I asked

"I still love him" he said "but I'm catching feelings for Dillon" he said

"Tay, you and Dillon have kissed before" I said

"Those were pecks, they didn't mean anything" he said "We were just being stupid kids" he said as he drove off.

I looked at my phone, 40 missed calls and 113 texts from none other than Carter Reynolds, it wasn't worth trying to look at, my phones screen was shattered, I'll go fix it. If only it was that easy with a shattered heart. Like Tay's, he's got one of the biggest, strongest hearts in the world, but I can tell that in his eyes, he's broken, his heart is shattered, see I don't know if mine is or not, I can't look into my own eyes and find out.

Tay ended up staying the night at my house and he took me to get my phone fixed. He told me that he's really with break ups before so he'd be over Shawn in no time and he told me how to get over my break up with Carter, the thing is, Tay's never been completely heart broken before, he's lost the ability to trust other people, he doesn't know it yet. Another thing with being heart broken, it's really hard to piece back together, his is going to be especially hard, his love for Shawn was deep, is deep. He probably won't love another person like that again, if he's even able to get over Shawn. .
