-A few months later-
“If it’s a girl, we should name her Cassi. If it’s a boy, we should name him Casey.” He started to speak as I lay by him. He touched my 4 month pregnant belly.
“No; we should name her, if it is a girl, Lilith or Harley. If it’s a boy, we should name him Cas.”
“I like it being the boy name but if it’s a girl, we should name her like Clarity or Ciara.”
“I like the name Clarity.”
I heard a knock on the door. It was mother.
“I’m not doing too well, Charlie. I’ve been breathing really heavily even if I was just sitting down. I can’t feel a thing and I think I need to go to the hospital. Gabe, can you drive me there?”
“Yeah, sure, whatever you need. Charlie you can stay here if you want.”
“No, I’m going; remember this is my mother.” We got up and got her to the car. We drove a black 76’ Chevy Impala. On the way to the hospital, she started to spaz out.
“M-mom! You need to calm down!” I screamed and held her down from the passenger seat. She was gasping for air and held onto her shirt. She had a heart attack right when we pulled up to the hospital. He stopped the car and carried her inside as fast as he could and got her inside.
I watched everything go in slow motion.
“Emergency! Emergency! Please help! She had a heart attack when we pulled in!” Aid was immediately there. They rushed her down and she was surprisingly still alive. When she was in the hospital gurney, she died with-in 5 minutes.
I broke down crying on Gabe’s shoulder. Why did this happen? She was perfectly fine yesterday and now she’s dead. She couldn’t be a grandmother.

“We need to head over to the hospital, babe. We need to see what results we have.”
Minutes past by when I was being prepared to be under the ultrasound. Gabriel sat out in the hallway...
The doctor walked out of the hospital room and into the hallway to grab Gabriel for me.
“Babe, we are having twins; fraternal twins.”
“Oh my god, really?” he was really surprised.
“Yes, Clarity and Cas.” I smiled really big.
-Month 9-
“Babe, rush me to the hospital now.” We were sitting and I felt like my water was breaking. We rushed as fast as we could to the hospital in our little car. We got in and I was put in a hospital room.
At 7:14 pm on August 10, I birthed out Cas. At 7: 17 pm on August 10, I birthed out Clarity. They are so beautiful. I sat there in pain while they cleaned them off. I held Clarity when it was all done, and Gabe walked in and held Cas.
I cried with joy. I saw someone walk in.
“Hey, Charlie.” A tall, handsome man walked in.
“Oh my god, it’s Dean! I haven’t seen you in forever!”
“I know and I’m sorry for leaving you and mom, it was probably hard for both of you.”
“We hardly talk about it.” Dean hugged me and smiled at Clarity.
“Hey, there Clarity.” He smiled big and made faces to the baby. Gabe laughed at Dean. Dean walked over to Gabe and Cas.
“You know, this is so beautiful even though it is black and white.”
“Wow.” Gabe looked at Dean.
“I did find someone but then they died. She was beautiful, blonde hair, green eyes, cute smile; I had to go out to work and then I came home and the house was burned down to the ground. I had to go quick because I knew something was wrong, my vision was black and white again and I cried a lot but that was a few years ago and I’m fine now.”
“I’m sorry man.”
“It’s fine, I’ve moved on.”
“I’ve always wondered what you did when you were gone.”
“Yeah, how is mom?”
“Well, she passed away.”
“Really?!”
“Yeah, she died of a heart attack.”
“Why wasn’t I told about this?”
“We couldn’t get ahold of you.”
“I’m so sorry, Charlie.”
“It’s fine; it’s now our house though.” We talked on for hours and got the babies home and asleep.
“Well we have a big future ahead of us.” I said.
